On the answers we already know...

[ ] Talk to Morgana.
-[ ] He... wouldn't have let Elizabeth drive you off the bridge or anything, right?

Given how he reacted to Lavenza... only if he was too scared to argue with her. More likely I'm not sure he would have let her move the gears to drive.

[ ] Talk to Mitsuru-san.
-[ ] Why she's putting up with this.

Ken, her boyfriend's brother is driving. Meaning her boyfriend is going. Ken himself is her little brother and that by itself means she's going. In general I think besides her father and Akira essentially all her friends and family (plus a few strangers she's not sure why she keeps them in the building some days) are on that bus. You couldn't have stopped her if you tried.

[x] Talk to Elizabeth.
-[x] About Lavenza.

Because we still haven't gotten a straight answer about what we pulled Lavenza into and we owe her that much courtesy.

All right, now (maybe) into Persona Q! We will get there eventually!

Hopefully, we can at least make it into the Velvet Room.

The Bell
Everyone spreads out to wait for Makoto-san, as the alternative is just charging in to a massive helltower. Elizabeth sits on the staircase, occasionally shooting glances in the direction of the Velvet Room.

Sitting next to her is probably not the safest thing in the world, but then, neither was letting someone who'd never driven before take you all to Tartarus at almost midnight while there's a massive typhoon going on outside, and you're still alive, aren't you?
Somehow. And I still can't believe we didn't get pulled over.
"Elizabeth-san?" You've got her attention now, which is, again, probably not the safest thing in the world. "There's... something I've been meaning to ask you."

"What is it? Whatever question you have, so long as it may be within the human mind's ability to comprehend, I will answer to the best of my ability. If I judge correctly, you may even keep your sanity." You're a bit concerned by how nonchalant she can be about this. "Though... I cannot guarantee we will have time to speak on the matter."

Right. Makoto-san could come back out of the Velvet Room at any moment, now, couldn't he? "Well... it's just one question, really... it's about Lavenza-san." Your friend, who probably saved your life during the full moon, and is the reason you're no longer concerned about assassins randomly showing up at the dormitory.

Elizabeth's gaze is unreadable. "Ah. That. My sister and I... We seem to be much alike, in one regard."

"And that would be?"

"We... I suppose you could say we care too much. Not that anyone from our family can watch over a Journey and not become attached to their Guest, but Margaret has never been given reason to act outside her duties, and Theo... I told him I would handle it, and that he doesn't need to get involved."
That's right... Even before this, he had a Makoto-san, as well.
You're not sure what the other two siblings have to do with this. From what Lavenza told you, you doubt any of them had responsibility for a Guest before Makoto-san showed up... except, perhaps, Elizabeth herself. If another timeline counts, because you've given up on pretending that it's impossible she could have knowledge of the future. You're just too scared to ask her.

"But... I'm not a Guest," You point out. You have one Persona, and you're not sure you'd be able to do anything if you had more of them taking up space inside your head. Besides, you get the feeling Personas don't pay rent.

"Not technically," She agrees. "But, that little Fool you are friends with... The Hermit, the Magician... Looking closely, I can see that they are tied to my sister's fate. And your Arcana..."

"I don't care about the Arcana." You still get weird looks about it, sometimes, though for the most part it seems everyone's decided not to question it. "I'm sure there's other people out there that have them like we do. I'm Lavenza-san's friend because I wanted to be, that's all."

"Whatever your reasoning, it still has the same results," Elizabeth points out. She opens her mouth to continue speaking, but is interrupted by the ringing of a loud bell. You look up, as well as everyone else, as the sound echoes around the Tartarus lobby.

"Th-that sound..." Shinjiro-san seems uneasy, like when he used to hold an Evoker with a chance of actually using it.

"It's like... some sort of bell." Yukari-san sounds a lot less nervous, like she's more curious than anything else, as the ringing dies away. "Fuuka-chan, could you take a look for a moment?"

"R-right. I'll summon Lucia, and- huh?"

"Is something wrong?" Morgana tilts his head to the side.

"N-no, I just... thought I saw a spider..."

"A spider?" Akihiko-san repeats. "In Tartarus?"

"I-I know, I was probably just imagining things... Anyway, I'll summon Lucia, and-"

-Suddenly, you are standing in an elevator that is continually rising, a clock on the wall above constantly turning, and almost anything being colored the exact same shade of blue.

Makoto-san turns around, looking at all of you. "Everyone... what are you doing here?"

"That is a very good question!" Theodore agrees, stepping forward. "Elizabeth, was this your idea?"

"Now, Theo, do you really think I have had anything to do with this?" She replies, sliding her hands into the pocket of her school uniform. "Besides, even if it were, I wouldn't be able to change the rules of this room. No being who wasn't born here may enter this room without a contract."

Lavenza looks around. "Brother, should I go fetch Margaret? We might not get another chance for a family reunion like this."

"There is no need for that," Elizabeth states. "We will be seeing her soon enough."
Crap, she knows none of us will remember this... She can get away with anything right now.
"I'm not... sure what you mean."

As soon as those words leave his lips, the Velvet Room- for this can be nowhere else- slows to a complete halt.

[ ] ...Why did the room stop moving?

[ ] Morgana's staring around the room with a strange look on his face...

[ ] You're just... going to sit down and hope things don't spiral too far out of control.

[X] Morgana's staring around the room with a strange look on his face...

[X] Morgana's staring around the room with a strange look on his face...

Welcome to Yasogami High
Ever since you first appeared in this room, Morgana, once more in the form that he uses for combat, has been looking around with wide eyes.

"Are you all right?" You ask him, as he continues to stare.

He presses a paw to his chin. "I... nothing's wrong, really, but I... This place is familiar, somehow."
Please don't blurt out anything about a movie theater.
"Do you think you've been here before?" You suggest.

"I... don't know..." He keeps thinking, but eventually admits defeat. "...Though, I do know one thing. This room really should be moving."

As soon as that last word leaves his mouth, the Velvet Room falls.

You absolutely blame him for this.

The rooms stops falling as suddenly as it started, and your whole group tumbles out into a world that is completely different from the one you were in before you heard the bell.

"Yakisoba! Come get your yakisoba!" Are the first words you hear, coming from someone who is just another face in the crowd.

And there is a crowd. People pushing their way through the hallway you have found yourselves in, chattering excitedly. The air smells like many different types of food at once, several of which you've never eaten before. Everything is bright and cheerful.

This place looks like a school. If it is one, it's easily the liveliest school you've ever seen.

"Huh." Makoto-san looks around. "I don't recognize the school, but... this is a lot like the Culture Festival we had at Shujin last year."

"I mean, it is that time of year," Junpei-san remarks. "Just because ours got cancelled doesn't mean everyone else's was."

Yukari-san blinks at them. "Neither of you are concerned with the fact that we came here almost directly from Tartarus?"

"Well, Tartarus is also a school, isn't it?"
It's still not anywhere near Inaba.
"That's not the point!" She sighs, adjusting her quiver as if Shadows are going to leap out of the crowd of students at any moment. "We need to figure out where we are... did anyone bring a phone with them?"

"Given how we came here straight from the Dark Hour..." Shinjiro-san points out. "And even if you had one, what do you expect it to do?"

"I don't know... GPS, or something."

You suppose it doesn't matter what she was planning, when there's no way to really start. "So... what happened in the Velvet Room?" You ask.
My pretzel of a personal timeline decided that it actually wasn't twisted enough.
"That..." Elizabeth starts, an evil smile on her face. "Is a good question! Theo, while I explore this Culture Festival, take a look around the Velvet Room." Before anyone can try to argue with her, she strides off into the crowd.

Aigis-san turns to Makoto-san. "Should I-?"

"Just don't blow anything up."

"Understood." You're getting a very bad feeling about whatever those two end up doing.

This, however, sparks SEES as a whole deciding to split up and look around this school you've found yourself in. This is... definitely one of the weirdest things that's ever happened to you, even if it's very hard to tell if it deserves the top spot.
That depends a lot on your attitude towards deicide.
With everyone going off in different directions... as interesting as it is to see the Velvet Room presented as a fortunetelling booth, you probably shouldn't linger outside it for too long.

[ ] Theodore, Lavenza, and Makoto-san are inspecting the inside of the Velvet Room. You want to see what they discover.

[ ] Whatever Aigis-san and Elizabeth are up to... despite Aigis-san's promise, you can't help but think you should make sure things don't explode.

[ ] Morgana is very excited to be attending a Culture Festival in a form that has something which can pass as hands. No one seems to be reacting to his presence, but you feel the need to follow him, anyway.

[ ] The Navigators aside from Morgana seem to be discussing something... You're not sure what they're talking about, but it still seems interesting.

[ ] Yukari-san and Junpei-san are taking Koromaru around and talking to the students at this school. You feel like you should help them somehow.

[ ] Akihiko-san and Shinjiro-san have put themselves in charge of finding some sort of way to get home from here. You aren't sure they'll need your help, but you still feel inclined to offer it.

[ ] You know, maybe you should go explore things out on your own...
-[ ] There's a clock tower in the schoolyard...
-[ ] Maybe there'll be a really good view from the roof, or something...
