[X] It'll take most of your money... but you have just enough time to order an outfit that would let her dress up as Penthesilea, as long as you don't mind picking it up the day of. (Costs 6000 yen. Resists Ice. Ailment resistance up by 25%. Ailment infliction chance up by 45%.)

Seems like a good time for this.

[X] You aren't sure what the current prize is for the arcade's crane game, but you should be better able to win at it than Lavenza was. It won't be much, but... the effort you put into it would have to mean something, right? (Costs: ??? Yen.)

We did do the same for Akihiko's last birthday, so there is precedent. That, and I do like the vibe/impression it gives off, that Ken has commissioned three different outfits based on his friends' Personas. Like, "I am thou / Thou art I", so this is actually a pretty significant gift.

This is just going to be a thing, isn't it?

Of course, this only begs the question of what you're going to do once you run out of outfits to buy... or once they stop really being in your (very relative) price range. Then you might actually have to start thinking about it.

And Away Goes the Money
There are a number of ways you could get people's attention. Not that you need to, anymore, you've got people who actually care about you now, but it's nice to have them in case... well, in case the worst happens.

There are also a number of reasons someone might think of you as odd. Such as the fact that are fully capable of powering your own electronic devices if you actually have to, or that light bends to your will, or that you may theoretically be able to unlock the ability to make stuff levitate.

Or because you're in elementary school and sometimes you carry a gun. That's another good reason.
I mean, nobody's called us out on it yet, but you know it's going to happen one day.
On the less supernatural side of things that make you blatantly different, there's the fact that your monthly allowance is paid by Mitsuru Kirijo, who you don't think actually knows how much money various people are supposed to have. And that you don't have a lot of things to spend it on, meaning that when you do go shopping, you have... quite a bit of cash to throw around.

Honestly, you don't often count out your money, you just know there's a lot of it, and from what Maiko tells you, having that sort of money isn't normal.

You'd ask Akira for a second opinion, but he freely admits that he has literally never handled money before, and as such is less than qualified to tell you how this sort of thing works. You foresee a lot of painful learning how to budget in his future.

The people at the clothing store, the ones who make custom outfits... you think they're starting to recognize you, if only because not many kids your age come in with commissions for them, let alone while being able to pay for them.

"It's a present for my sister," You say, because explaining exactly how you know Mitsuru-san would take far too long even if you actually had a good way to explain it. And they'd only figure out you weren't telling them the whole story if she wore it around in public, anyway, which you're pretty sure won't end up being a concern. Hopefully. "It's almost her birthday, and... I think this is the sort of thing she'd like." At the very least, she has encouraged you to get more of them, even if she never mentioned the idea of getting one for herself.
She put up with the Battle Panties. I guarantee that there is absolutely no way she will hate this more than that.
"And do you have the money for it?" You proudly present your money.

"I've been saving up for a while!" You claim, which is sort of true, in the sense that you didn't have anything else to buy. But it'll make your last purchase stand out a bit less, you think, if you imply you've been squirreling away money for a while.

That or they'll think you're a really spoiled kid. Honestly, you just consider it payment for the fact that you have to fight monsters every once in a while.

You get another quizzical look, but eventually it's decided that your money is as good as anyone else's, and you get told to come by on Friday to pick it up. Which means you probably don't have time to stick it in a wrapped box or anything, but... whatever, works, right?

So, you've managed to do something productive. You also managed to get your pockets to feel emptier than they did back when... you can't remember when. When you think about it, your allowance really is higher than it probably should be.

Not that you're going to bring this tidbit to anyone's attention, or anything. You like having money.

But... you did something good, and now you just have to not mention it for a bit, and you'll give it to Mitsuru-san on Friday and everything will work out.

In other good news, Mitsuru-san says she finally figured out how to get you therapy. "If anyone asks, you are a ward of the Kirijo Group," She tells you. "If anyone tries to dispute it, direct them to me. I'll handle it."

You don't know if you should be concerned or not.
On one hand, there is precedent... on the other hand, there's the precedent.
You'll just... hope nobody questions it.

Still, your first session with a therapist- one Maki Narumi- is on Wednesday. There's still another day until then.

Now what?

[ ] Junpei-san's attempt to meet girls using Koromaru has failed miserably. This time, he's trying to use Morgana instead. At the very least, you're pretty sure whatever happens won't be boring.

[ ] Akira's come over, for some reason. He and Shinjiro-san are talking about something. This is... different.

[ ] Makoto-san is talking to Maiko again. It may or may not involve Velvet people, but you can't tell from here.

[ ] Yukari-san seems to be working on something. She hasn't been outright asking for help, but you don't think she'd turn it down, either.

[ ] You might not be all that close to Kyouma or Oyama-chan, but it comes to mind that they're less crazy than the people that you live with.

We must befriend him and metaphorically(?) beat it into his head that Maiko is precious & must be protected.

Junpei is always good for a laugh.

Hi guys, long time lurker. Finally decided to come forward to say that it's been almost a month of updates since we tried to talk to Futaba, and I really want Ken to talk to her again, mainly for the party wide Heat Risers and Charge/Concentrates. The look on the face of that Sleeping Table or an Arcana Shadows when he gets hit with 4 Charged attacks would be priceless.

As for this chapter,

[X]Akira's come over, for some reason. He and Shinjiro-san are talking about something. This is... different.

Did Shinji's therapist find out about Akira's father?

Oh, hey, you noticed! Yeah, she'll be in Iwatodai until the whole post-Dark Hour-amnesia-thing gives Wakaba no actual reason to be in the city. It'll probably be a while before she's ready to use a Persona or anything, but... you know... she's there if you want to try and find her.

In the January 23rd, 2020 update, Akira and Ken encounter a black haired girl. The girl seems to not really know what to do outside, and starts to count bricks. While the girl doesn't seem to be socially adept in the slightest, she is very observant.

Now, all of these things may seem to be a coincidence, but the line
The girl blinks. "I... should probably go. Mom said she'd stop being busy 'in a minute', it has to have been longer than that..." And then she runs off.
REALLY tells me that this may indeed be Futaba.

Edit: Thank you OP for confirming. Hey, do you think if we bring her to the secret Library, she will thank us for the next year or so?
