When you go to make a reply the new tally button is on the left side

You have several dropdown-buttons on top of the Thread. One of them reads 'Thread Tools'. You can find the Vote Tally there.
There is also a *new tally* button on the bottom left of where you write messages.

It is Sunday. As previously announced, there will be no chapter. Votes will remain open for another day or two.
But the new cover image is up. It ended up kind of weirdly cropped because SV makes it 1:1 ratios instead of the ratio I draw in; in this case, I drew it in portrait format.
