The only one who knows how to use the mirror to steal abilities is Sheffield, due to being the Myozubitonirun, aka the Mind of God.

It could steal the Curse of Lost Boy.

"Why the fuck can't I get to Gallia?! I have a map, compass, and roads that went straight to there! I was taught how to navigate through the desert as a child with just the stars! What the fuck is going on?!" screamed Sheffield as she ran from the elven border patrol. Luckily for her, they lost track of her around a large boulder. Not so luckily for her, she ended up even more hopelessly lost.

Sheffield knows what she's doing, so it's unlikely that she'd accidentally inflict that upon herself, but she could potentially transfer it to someone else.

[X] Wait, you think you recognize where you are. The Tendo Dojo is just around the corner!

It is still beyond me why we want anything to do with Tiffania. She seems unspeakably dull. Sorry, but for the life of me I see nothing interesting there that cannot be found in much greater quantities elsewhere.

Seriously. If we're going to always be lost, at least partner up with someone who loves some adventure.

I confess to being surprised that Tiffania won with such a solid lead when she did. I was kind of expecting Louise or Kirche to win. I suspect it has something to do with her innocent nature. Or maybe boob jokes. Or maybe because she's a void user and half elf, but played second fiddle to Louise in series and only ever learned one spell.

Honestly, I don't really know what we're doing with her either. But then, I never got that far into FOZ anyhow.

At any rate, I'm just along for the ride. </shrug>

I'm actually not against changing my vote, except that my gut instinct tells me we still have some very-slightly-higher-than-banal purpose in being in Halkeginia for the time being.

Not really. Halkeginia was a write-in. I did not have a plot planned for it. If you stick around, you'll get dragged into the plot of Familiar of Zero F. If you leave, you won't. Unless Tiffania summons you back. Which won't happen if you drag Tiffania off with you to who knows where. That said, if you do ditch Halkeginia with Tiffania in tow, expect there to be consequences if you come back.

I only like FoZ when I can take a sledgehammer to it's plot and setting personally, otherwise I say we ditch it like a two dollar Tibetan whore.

I see no reason to go to Tendo Dojo where Ranma will inevitably take over the plot; can't we leave that bastard behind for once?

I don't see why people would want to hang out with Louise, in all honesty; why be summoned by such a horrible person?

Yeah, I'm with Krain on this one. Heading for the Tendo dojo just means Ranma steals the spotlight, and Ryouga just gets treated as a sideshow.

If we want to see Ryouga's shenanigans on Nerima ward, would'nt be better if we just read the manga instead?

I'm kinda hoping that wandering off into a completely new setting is an option.

I see no reason to go to Tendo Dojo where Ranma will inevitably take over the plot; can't we leave that bastard behind for once? There's nothing she can do to Ryoga that he hadn't already done to himself first. And whips/explosions won't hurt him much.

Probably because there's nothing she can do to Ryoga to make him even take notice, while much of her issues(as well as her family's issues) are greatly exaggerated by fanon.

The root factors of Louise:
1) Tsundere comedy abuse makes her do it a lot more than necessary to reel in her straying guy. Notice he never really takes any permanent harm for more than a scene. She's a scrawny girl with the physique of a child.

2) Saito is a horny teenager who spent a lot of his time earning a beating. The initial whipping was itself a punishment for what was basically sexual assault caused by crossed wires(he thought mostly naked girl sleeping in the same room was an invitation), and it was only after his heroic sacrifice that he calmed down reined in his libido.

3) Louise is horribly insecure and massively frustrated by how everyone treats her. It says pent up willpower was expended on the Explosion event, but it seems more like she was taking out all her years of frustration in that one blast.

4) For the early parts, everything her preparations had expected was to receive an animal for her familiar, and she was mostly acting on autopilot in shock.

5) Culture shock, late medieval/early modern is not a good time to be a commoner. Especially not in a setting where commoners are literally a different human subspecies from the nobles.

6) Teenagers

7) Horny teenagers all over.

8) Teenager communications problems

So in short, Louise is a mess and everyone feels bad for her, so she gets a pass on being incredibly abusive, but Saito isn't a mess, so he doesn't get a pass for showing interest in or making advances on people other than his abusive master.

Technically he just stares at T&A. But he's a teenage guy and that's part of the job description.

Mostly it's the girls making advances on him, as per standard romcom tropes.
