@Hyper: We did see where Ryoga's house was at one point in the manga, I do remember that. I just don't recall where said house actually is.
 
It had a view of Mount Fuji in the background.

It's close enough to Nerima that Ranma and Akane occasionally stop by to visit, but far enough away that they don't frequently do so.

It's probably still in Tokyo, just in a different district than Nerima.

And also Happosai. I had briefly forgotten that he was even a thing. ..... Yeeeeeaaaah, we should probably try and keep from putting Tiffania in the same world as that old perv.

My best case scenario: We get bonded, Tiffania is a new friend/girlfriend. She stays in Halk, we get lost, and whenever the Halk plot gets interesting, or if she gets lonely, she calls us in.

Chronologically, this is the same night as episode 1 of Familiar of Zero F. Ryouga missed it, but two guys just stole the Round Mirror of the founder Brimir, an artifact that is usually used for scrying, but can also be used to steal magical abilities.

Also, my autocorrect seems to think "scrying" is a misspelling of "dying."

I see someone has high hopes for this bonding thing.
 
I wasn't sure how the mirror steals magical abilities if the user can chose what can be stolen or it just takes all of the magical abilities that the person is using it on. I was just wondering if it could be stolen.
