Seeing as Devil Fruits from One Piece are not banned I have taken it upon myself to select ones that specifically don't change how your body works. This pretty much takes out logia (turn self into element) and zoan (turn self into animal) respectively. This list contains only the manga cannon fruits and WOG cannon movie fruits with English names. Anime filler fruits, non-WOG cannon movie fruits, unnamed fruits and non-English named fruits will be in a separate list if I decide to make one.
Wax-Wax Fruit: Makes you able to produce and control wax, it has the hardness of steel. Also set your hair on fire.
String-String Fruit: Make and control strings that can stick to any object, yes this means you can fly by sticking strings to yourself and clouds.
Slow-Slow Fruit: Shoot beams of light that can slow things down, for 30 seconds. All kinetic force is applied during the 30 seconds only really takes affect afterwards. Note: Reflected by mirrors, and can affect user.
Door-Door Fruit: Can make doors in anything, including air to get into alternate dimension where you can't be affected by people in the real world.
Shadow-Shadow Fruit: Steal, manipulate and control shadows. Things you steal shadows from don't have reflections and turn to dust in sunlight.
Hollow-Hollow Fruit: Astral Projection, make, control and see through ghosts. Induce depression in people, make ghosts explode.
Clear-Clear Fruit: Make yourself invisible, also things you touch.
Paw-Paw Fruit: Push anything, air and enemy attacks included.
Straw-Straw Fruit: Create and control straw. You can make voodoo dolls with this.
Float-Float Fruit: Levitate anything you touch. Essentially telekinesis. Doesn't work on living things.
Stick-Stick Fruit: Create and control mucus. Sticky and strong enough to hold onto a ship.
Hobby-Hobby Fruit: Turn people/animals you touch into toys. You can specify a verbal contract that the toy has to follow, but be aware of loopholes. All memories of the person turned into the toy are erased even memories in other toys, bar the user of the fruit. Also makes the user stop aging permanently. Being knocked out will cancel transformations, sleeping will not. Killing the person in toy form will not transform them back.
Barrier-Barrier Fruit: Cross fingers, make an invincible barrier. Can be any shape you wish, can be changed on the fly. Not soundproof and transparent.
Stich-Stich Fruit: Stich any amount of objects together, hardness of object does not matter. No string needed. Objects are not separable until stiches are undone.
Glare-Glare Fruit: Clairvoyance-4000km radius, read minds and memories, see through anything you want to (lies included).
Swim-Swim Fruit: Swim through floors and walls. Ignore gravity. Note: the distortions caused will return to normal as if the object was water.
Ripple-Ripple Fruit: Cause objects you touch to flatten and behave like cloth instead. Yes, you can make confetti that turns into steel balls with this.
Stone-Stone Fruit: Merge with and control stone. Ever wanted to make/control as colossus? Now you can. Note: user's body still exists within the stone, breathing is not needed but piercing attacks may still reach it.
Calm-Calm Fruit: Make soundproof barriers. Render places/people silent, completely.
Heal-Heal Fruit: Heal all wounds, both for yourself and others. Note that you need to (sorta) cry for this.
Soul-Soul Fruit: Control and manipulate souls, other people's included. Infuse things with souls make them come to life, less useful as it is cast from lifespan, your own or some one else's. If it is someone else's they can be overpowered by others souls. Come to think of it, this could be really powerful in RWBY, depending on how it interacts with auras and sembalances.
Lick-Lick Fruit: Can create and control candy. Strong enough to block cannon fire.
Memo-Memo Fruit: Manipulate memories like a roll of film.
Human-Human Fruit, Model Buddha: One of two zoan fruits that are human. This makes you into a giant gold buddha statue. The other human one is a generic human so it is useless.
