RWBY: When ROBs have had enough (AU)

Hmm, I'll give it an Ok.

'Just putting it out there right now, I most likely won't use it for anything other then the eidetic memory. Changing or taking memories in any way shape or form doesn't sit well with me.'

EDIT: Can't believe I forgot about this. One last rule: You can only send 1 item between recharges. Once an item's approved, you can't send any others. And if you send a list to be considered, I will go through it top to bottom, and after the first one is approved, I will stop. So I suggest putting the ones that you want checked the most at the top.

With the memory stealing, its less memory stealing and more memory copying. They still keep the memory, but you now have a copy of it as well.

Other things that we could try:
-Time Turner (Harry Potter)
-Stand Arrow (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
-Magatama (Lie detector form Phoenix Wright)
-Power Suit (From Metroid)
-SCP-585 (SCP Foundation)
-SCP-662 (SCP Foundation)
-SCP-500 (SCP Foundation)

More Judging!

Stimpaks: Only one for right now.
Time Turner: Nope. Look back the Fragarach reasoning.
Stand Arrow: Nope. From what I have seen, the stands originate from willpower, and spirit, which is rather similar to aura.
Magatama: This is fine however. Perhaps you could use the Magatama as an illusion detector because the illusion is 'lying' about the surroundings?
Power Suit: You would only get the base form. Not very useful.
SCP Stuff: Nope. The stuff that was taken away by SCP was taken away for a reason.

Afraid not. Nothing that the AI can hook up to. And before you ask, Mjolnir armor is a no go due to the need of enhancements that would most likely not work with Summer, so no Spartans.

This is going to be fun!!!

Hmmm what to send...wait...I got it!!!

Next it's I would like to send the solid eye, aka solid snakes eye piece in the metal gear 4 series! Either that or a folded cardboard box that somehow always gets you past enemies if they aren't paying attention!

Item list will close in about 24 hours. I really would recommend sending some medical supplies, because I couldn't heal her, due to her soul essentially being bared to the world via aura. I thought it might not be a good idea to use void-based powers.

'I'm also kind of up to answering some questions. Just no personal ones.'

Non living? Does that mean corpses/dead bits are allowed? Cauldron vials for example or maybe Dragon's Blood? Could we send her a Dresden Bob? What about a Neverborn?

Hmmmm I want to try to send an exaltation, but most of those involve grafting things to souls, I dont know if they circumvent the no souls rule by being more akin to soul peripherals than actual souls.

Soulsteel is right out.

Hey, guyver units are bio-tech, aren't they living beings? If they're not does that ruling extend to a scissor sword?

The ban on DnD type stuff extends to all item types right? Not just amulets? What about stuff from elsewhere that's clearly based on dnd type things such as any of the dozens of bag of holding knock-offs?

Like the backpack from pokemon, with the ability to carry unlimited stuff, but only 99 of any one thing?

Correction: The thing that you are sending cannot be organic. I know this means that the Guyver unit is now Invalidated, and that was our fault from not researching it properly, so as recompense we will give @Urielv59 Priority Item sending for this and the next update. As for the D&D stuff, it does go to all things, but if you want a bag of holding I will allow it. However, you either need to wait until the next update to send, or convince someone to put it in as a vote. Also, Megalixir confirmed.

Revised list:

1. Solid Eye
2. Megalixir
3.
4.
5.

Well as far as storage solutions go the pokemon backpack is probably better than a standard bag of holding, we just needed to know if the fact that it's really similar to a BoH was going to be an issue. Unlimited weight and volume, but limited to 99 of any one item type is way better than any dnd storage item short of a demi-plane.

So we can't send anything known to be organic? Even if it functions while dead? What about cauldron vials? Eden flesh is basically clarketech, so I'm not sure how organic it actually is.

Do power rings and lantern batteries count as discrete objects? Would lantern batteries function in this universe?

It cannot be organic, cannot be organic in the past either. As for Cauldron vials, I'm relatively sure that the change to her brain would not be something she likes.

'I'm sorry, change to WHAT?'

Exactly. I actually can't find anything on Eden flesh, so I really don't know how to judge it right now. For some reason it leads me to some band that looks like Kiss wannabes.

Power rings and lanterns all function because of a central lantern. There is no central lantern in this universe. Ergo, Power rings and lanterns do not function in this universe.

Hmmmmmm, even if one of the central batteries is small enough, it might not work without the associated embodiment.

Eden flesh is the material of the corpse of the Thinker entity from worm. It's crystalline in composition, and despite being dead still grants powers.

What about a core drill? Those things are mechanical and fit in the palm of a human hand.

Core Drill from Guren? Don't know what you would use that for, but Ok...

Also, Eden flesh is still granting powers, which means messing with Brains. Which Summer does not want to go through, so I'm afraid that its a no go.

So we should brainstorm primarily for anything convienient and generally reusable. Ideally items capable of doing things not commonly available to the setting as a whole. Healing things, magic cancelling things, storage things, things to help with finding or seeing things. Maybe some protective things that make turtling down easier and things that let us keep a low profile if needed. Anything else we may need? Maybe something that lets us teleport from place to place. How do certain items that ALSO work with souls interact with the rwbyverse? Say bleach, or kingdom hearts if hearts count as souls? Is that magic or soul-whatever?
Edit: on that note, what qualifies magic specifically? Like chakra or chi, psychic energy or what have you
