I never read canon, but I bet this is going to be better anyway.

I've watched Digibro's review of the Nanoha series and that's about all I know about the Vivid section of it.

[X] Bandwagon

Because its already won at this point anyway.

Point.

None of the three are academically weak. Not sure about Einhart and I think Miura's grades are poor

[X] The Infinity Library is almost always short on staff, so head over and see if there's anything you can do to help out Uncle Yuuno.

You know what are the best spell abilities to use in conjunction with Striker Arts? Binds and Seals to keep the opponent in place while you beat them into submission and Barriers to deflect or block projectile attacks that try to keep you at range as you close in! Who in the Nanoha series specializes in Seals, Binds, and Barriers? Yuuno!

Win-win for everyone!

Strike Arts is for martial arts tournaments, not actual combat. Binds and Busters are forbidden, and you're restricted to a pretty tiny arena. Think the martial arts tournaments from Dragon Ball (not Z).

Vivio is actually better at traditional combat than she is at martial arts, but she finds martial arts more fun.

Then again, this is a AU, so who knows.

Not true, though Busters are difficult to pull off in close combat due to the small arena, while in a primarily melee fight, binds are less useful, as you can break binds with raw physical force.

Vivio uses Subaru's Divine Buster variant as part of her fighting style, Harry Tribecia thinks she's Meltdowner, and theres Els Tasmin, who exclusively uses Violator Restraints as her combat spell.

There is also Miura who uh...developed a kick based Starlight Breaker.
Crazy girl

Oh yeah. And then you've also got Lutecia fighting like Caster despite looking like Rider :V

She can't use her full power in the arena. I think she's also under a restriction limiter, being a former terrorist

Hakutenoh is bigger than the arena. Or the whole building for the matter.

I figure she's in it for amusement value considering Lutecia fighting at her full capabilities held off half of Riot 6. Alone.

Oh, I never said that it didn't make sense, just that its silly.

Some of her summons would fit in the arena though, like her swarms of tiny insects and Garyu. Pretty sure that outright summoning is banned though. Remember that Corona couldn't just summon premade golems, and instead had the restriction of needing to create them from scratch in the middle of the fight.

It was mentioned when they listed the rules. Summoners, puppeteers and other familiar using types can use their summons, but must call for them in combat.

See the witch girl who uses her imps.

The MAJOR drawback of this is that summoning is slow, and requires a lot of concentration proportionate to the summons, trading off early round weakness for late round advantage. So for a summoner, you'd only use your familiars if facing an opponent who you can't beat normally.

Lutecia is just strong enough that she doesn't need to use her summoning against most of the opponents. She'd beat them faster by spamming basic beam attacks(and to be fair, even Vivio's crew could beat most of the participants who weren't former finalists with basic attacks). :p

So is there some reason not to do adult mode I should know about? I'm the only one voting for it, and coincidentally am completely ignorant of whatever this is.
