The way Victual Language is described makes it sound like MC doesn't know about the concept of talking or understands why one should talk.

From I can tell from nodes and the fact they could combine them with their mass, we would Ideally want Grit to be our bones given that their purpose is structure, Might to be our muscles and Claws/Nails, and Grace to be infused in the... Nervous system? Do they have one? I assume they do but given the... odd... nature of their control, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. And that leaves Savvy for the brain.

However, there is still the rest of the organs, and a good argument could be made for the spine to be fused with Grace instead of Grit given it having tons nerves going through it anyway and how having a flexible spine may be more useful then simply a sturdy one.

At least, that's how I might go about it if I was assigning stats to organs and flesh of the body based upon their role. I wonder how specific we can be when fusing? I know for muscles their is a argument for Grace as well as might, and the heart/cardiovascular system could be argued for anything except Savvy.

But then, there is the fact that, despite not directly contributing to to their ability to exert force, having Mighty Calcium increases their might anyway, so perhaps my thoughts on what's appropriate don't matter too much.

Personally, What I want to do is fuse a Grace Node with a pair of Lungs to try and create some sort of lightweight mobility balloons. They might not be enough to fly, but we could probably use them to make things lighter, taking in air and ???ing it into gracefulness.

Fusing things with what "seems appropriate" isn't nearly as interesting as fucking around. Instead of Grit Calcium, imagine fusing Grit with Hair or tendons, to make some really fun garrottes and cords that don't break easily, or combining hair with Might to make some kind of razorfloss. Monowire blades could be REALLY fun.

Likewise, next turn, I think i'll probably try something weird. Helix Mutation takes time and creates a freaky pod in order to fuse things. What if we used Helix Mutation on a Helix Mutation Pod before it finished gestating? I want to try that with a Wretched Victual soon. It might give us a minion with some kind of fusion capability.

The menu explicitly states that we need to give minions Instincts for them to act without being connected to us. Completely forgot to actually give these minions some.

Not quite enough flesh to fully afford this so we will need to fix it latter.

I love this quest, it's simply delightful!

[X] Add a Victual claw to each of your own arms, just behind your hands/talons/grasper things on the ends of your arms. They are pathetic on the runts, but the design is sound and good for killing.
 
Hehehe, seems like we made the robots but forgot that they need brains too. I think trying to spawn minions is too early for us.

From what I can tell, she can just touch them to keep modifying them, no need to reabsorb

(correct. There is no Will present in them, and they are aspects of them. The failed life also had no Will in it, meaning they could twist that meat as well if they wanted. Where there is a Will, there is no way.)
