The reason why he does that is because, for some reason, when he posts, the notification doesn't work if he doesn't post a minimum amount of words for the update. It's happened enough hat he decided to do this instead of fighting with the site code.

How come other quests I've seen give notifications when they do as little as 25 words?

[X] The time has come then, to pursue... New prey.
-[X] Create a Victual's Claw, combine it with your Mighty Calcium using Helix Mutation. Use this new blade to harvest the bugs that once denied you for new life to snack upon. A treat, before you leave this place for good.
-[X] Create a pair of Wretched Victuals, runts, compared to the one you sampled, but cheaper. Better their lives fail in battle than yours. Their bodies will serve that purpose for now in future altercations.
-[X] Leave this place for good, with the flesh of the bugs in your gut and the Mighty Claw in your grasp.

Leave? For good? No. This is a nest. A place to rest. The bugs are pets at best, mindless things that... well, we're not hurting for meat right now, are we? We will find more.

For now, we prepare and hunt.

Edit:
Eh. What the heck. if it doesn't make it in now, I'll bring it up again at a later vote.
[X] Make two additional arms.
[X] Make claws on additional arms.
[X] Scale the wall of your nest. How high is that yellow lump?

[X] Leave nest. What lies beyond?

Well done victory, and now we must hunt!

Also we can talk now! Might be useful if we find anything not prey.

From I can tell from nodes and the fact they could combine them with their mass, we would Ideally want Grit to be our bones given that their purpose is structure, Might to be our muscles and Claws/Nails, and Grace to be infused in the... Nervous system? Do they have one? I assume they do but given the... odd... nature of their control, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. And that leaves Savvy for the brain.

However, there is still the rest of the organs, and a good argument could be made for the spine to be fused with Grace instead of Grit given it having tons nerves going through it anyway and how having a flexible spine may be more useful then simply a sturdy one.

At least, that's how I might go about it if I was assigning stats to organs and flesh of the body based upon their role. I wonder how specific we can be when fusing? I know for muscles their is a argument for Grace as well as might, and the heart/cardiovascular system could be argued for anything except Savvy.

But then, there is the fact that, despite not directly contributing to to their ability to exert force, having Mighty Calcium increases their might anyway, so perhaps my thoughts on what's appropriate don't matter too much.

Personally, I was thinking of merging a Grace or Savvy node with a bone to create a handle for the blade we're making. Kinda turn it into a powerful scythe that's easier to use, or something. Empower the holder with the handle, empower the strike with the blade.

Maybe they should make a Node Socket before going any further with these lines of thought, just in case there is a easier way. Like, the creature we ate could have been changed into a scythe after we killed it using somatic perfection, no need to work from nothing.

Alternatively, we could explore, making sure to take a bite of anything new (That either won't take offense to it or has offended us).

I am interested in looking into Heritage stuff or the characters past given they gained knowledge of a language some how from eating a victual which indicates that they can gain Semantic Memory at least from the eaten living/recently dead beings. Do we already speak a Language or is the text more a Abstraction of wordless thought? Do we have any semantic or episodic memory?

(Episodic memory is what's lost in movie amnesia, details of personal life and timeline of events, while Semantic is more factual and academic and I believe includes language)

Notably, The body is noted as Familiar, they have a past even if they can't recall, they do know they weren't born there and then. Should they not seek out what caused their memory to disappear? Even someone utterly unconcerned with their personal relationships would care at least about themselves.

This is just a few questions I feel are worth investigating along with reasons to explore, rather then simply sit and experiment while events happen to us.
