Now, it's time to vote for what exactly you're convincing Jack Low of. These are basic plans, though you may write in your own plan as well, or any add-ons. This is a Combined Speech Check (Hang Xin and Johnny O'Quinn Vs. "Sweet" Jack Low)
[] A Joint Partnership - Xin Industries and Low Down Robotics will enter into a Partnership. They will not interfere in each other's products or selling, and will work together on certain products. Unlike an Alliance, this is only between the two companies, not tying either of you to other partnerships the other would make. Chance of Success: Very Likely. It would mean less competition, and it wouldn't tie him to any other contracts.
[] A Strategic Alliance - Xin Industries and Low Down Robotics will enter into the beginnings of a Commonwealth-Wide Business Alliance. Each member of the Alliance may not infringe upon products of the others, though team-ups are allowed. The members of the Alliance may assist each other, and as a whole represent themselves as a Faction when dealing with others. The General Atomics Galleria will be considered Neutral Territory where any member of the Alliance may sell (Once Jack Low gets it online). Chance of Success: Likely. While more members of the Alliance might restrict him, the idea of a safe and profitable Commonwealth does appeal to him once everything is put to paper.
[] A Subsidiary - Xin Industries will own Low Down Robotics and all locations involved with it, but will allow Jack to run the business as a subsidiary company, provided he doesn't run it into the ground. Xin Industries would get a 20 percent cut of every robot sold, and would have a say in what is built, though would not micromanage Low Down Industries. Chance of Success: Not as easy, but possible. Jack will not like the loss of control, but he does realize you have more and better products. And he'd still own the company, which is a plus.
[] A Full Merger - Xin Industries will control Low Down Robotics fully, and will make all decisions based on it. Jack Low will become a regular employee. Chance of Success: Harder. You'd be asking Jack to give up his dream of owning an entertainment robot business, and giving everything up. But he may be convinced that you hold the winning hand.
