Perhaps a journey

Perfect Mage path for a Fairy.

Druid, methinks.

Or an Elementalists, maybe.

If we had been a Crafter, Alchemist would have been perfect for us, but eh. Warrior is awesome to.

I am now imagining a tiny Master Druid Fairy tearing a squad of men limb from limb after shapeshifting into a ball of animalistic hunger and rage.

And it's beautiful.

I'm afraid I'm going Ice Elementalist Fairy.

Spamable Ice swords she can fire and pick up to use afterwards.

Hey guys? Character sheet.

We got six venom spears out of those Wasps.

Now we just need to find something to Use them on...

Eh, not even Mage Knight?
We're a Fairy, whose special ability is to know the weakness of our opponents, and exploit it mercilessly.

Also, unless someone's Really fast, they won't be able to hit us.

We be a right terror in a fight, we are.

Isn't that ignoring the fact that we'd be even more of a terror using magic as well as our own natural abilities?

As awesome as a berserker druid Fairy would be, I'm pretty ambivalent as to whether we learn magic or not although knowing some of the basic/beginner concepts could be helpful.

Eh, we're effectively immortal, if we wanted to become a mage we always have the rest of our life ahead of us. :p

[X] Follow them, sneaky like. What're those big ones doing with the dead ones?

To your people it's barely worth it to consider the dead bodies. Things that can't defend themselves last less than an hour sometimes, and even if it's a former loved one, once they are dead it's better to take what you can and leave. You suppose the big people do something different?

It's interesting enough that you stash the venom glands you've managed to acquire in a pouch you have sewn into your clothing, and then begin to follow. You are careful not to be seen, but the Big People seem more interested in their work, so you don't think it matters much.

They move slowly, and you are half tempted to just zip ahead of them, but it would rather neglect the purpose of tailing them. So you wait, and wait, and wait some more. Then they have finally reached what looks to be a wooden building of some sort.

Huh, you never thought of doing things like that. Really it's just so big. It also doesn't look to have good entrances. That's easily taken care of for once. Your speed is such that the second they open the door to the building you can get into it, and up in the rafters where it's dark. It's an interesting place you see. Strange things are hung up that are bright and shiny to light up the building, and there are quite a few small tables setup.

The carriers place the dead ones onto tables in the area, and another one starts to examine them. He mutters some things, and lifts up their eye lids. He then attempts to move their limbs, and does a few other things that you aren't sure the purposes of. Finally he sighs and begins to pull things out of the dead one's pockets. He then places what he takes out next to the bodies, and goes to a different area in the building. He takes a seat, and starts to do something with a small tool. Looks like he's drawing pictures, but you can't imagine why he's doing that.

You watch, and the Big Person sighs again after scratching out a few things. Then he sets down the writing thing, and gets to his feet. He does something to turn out the light at the table, and starts to head outside.

You aren't sure what to do at this point. You could stay here and loot some things that look shiny. The trick is, you're not sure if you can get out easily. There is something covering a window that looks fragile so you could probably smash it to leave, but then they would know something was in here.

You could just leave with the Big Person. It's not like you actually need anything here. Though really shinies are shinies.

They glint at you from the tables next to the bodies.

[] Loot?

There are a grand total of 40 coins on the table. 20 Copper Shinies, 15 Silver, and 5 Gold. You also might want the pen too, it looks nifty. Carrying all of it would be a bit of an issue, but you could probably use one of the dead one's pouches that was taken off them.

[X] Loot! LOOT! Shiny~

Grab all of it. And a pouch to carry it. Let it not be said we did not play to our nature!

Note, you can carry them all, and more if you wanted to and still fly. You just need something to grip them, hence the pouch.

My plan, if you can call it that, has us loot All the Shinies, plus the pen. We grab a pouch from the dead ones to carry everything, and then go search for More Shinies! LOOOT FOR THE LOOT!

[X] Explore the Big People house, make sure they're either not there or distracted
If so-[X] Loot! LOOT! Shiny~Grab all of it. And a pouch to carry it
If not-[X]Loot! LOOT! Shiny~Grab some of it.

Really, what were you thinking, leaving without grabbing everything your tiny body could carry. You flutter down to the table, and quietly take one of the pouches that the dead people are wearing. The thing is almost as big as you are, so it's perfect for your purposes. You stuff all the shinies you can find into it, and for good measure stuff the pen into the bag too. (It draws things!)

That done you heft the thing below you as you fly into the air. Frankly you could probably carry more, but your attempts to steal the lights singed your fingers, and you don't want to test it further. Now the trick of it is going to be getting out of the building. One room, and no real entrances aside from the door, which looks a bit heavy for you to open yourself. There is a window shuttered closed though.

You take the time to wiggle it to find the latching mechanism on it. Naturally it's an irritating little metal thing that you have to kick a few times to get open. But then the window is open, and you are able to fly out. Well... Would be able to fly out if there wasn't a Big Person looking at the window, and you right now.

Well... That might be an issue. You are pretty obviously not a Dreamer, and you don't think they've encountered an Awakened before.

It's not one of the Big People with a stick in his mouth at least. He's carrying a torch, and has something strapped to his belt, but seems more perplexed than anything. Maybe you could act your way out of this? Well if all else fails to be frank you aren't adverse to killing things. A quick spear to his throat will put him down, they are strapped to your back under the sword. You would have to drop the loot first, and that might cue him in.

Or you could just fly away. He's probably far slower than you anyway.

How close is the guy to the window, like right next to it or a good distance away?
Dude, one of our abilities is that we can't get hit unless someone's really bloody fast with a blade. The cheeky comment and wave before flying off is perfectly acceptable.
