Morphing Gauntlet: Pardone's oversized gauntlets are made from highly advanced metamorphic technology, and can alter themselves to take on the shapes and properties of various medical and surgical implements
Quirk:
Corporeal Control: Can examine biological matter with incredible precision, and to a lesser extent manipulate it. Can easily determine the condition of any bone or tissue, to the degree that it almost seems like x-ray vision, and can ascertain things like if a person is lying by examine and interpreting their biological tells, such as increased heart rate. With sufficient effort, Pardone can manipulate the hippocampus, creating "memories" that act as illusions experienced by all five senses, and therefore appear real.
Pardone's ability to manipulate tissues involves things like accelerating cellular regeneration without negative side-effects, although these abilities require the use of his tools in order to achieve their maximum effectiveness (ex. he'd need to remove the shrapnel first in order to properly heal a bullet wound).
Skills:
Master Physician: Possesses an encyclopedic understanding of anatomy and such medical and biological knowledge that is derived from it; he is also a skilled surgeon.

Acupuncturist: Possesses extensive knowledge of pressure points and their effects.

Intimidation is Good for Your Health: Has a great deal of experience of "encouraging" his patients to shut the fuck up, get back in bed, and recover properly.

Bio:
Pardone, now Ryuuto Matsumoto, does not remember much before his adoptive sister, Kiyose, took him in. He awoke to her presence, already wearing his techno-wonder swiss-army gloves, and in possession of certainty that he was born into this world to heal the wounds of other, discover the meaning of Patience and Goodness, and combat evil.

Unfortunately, he had no real idea what any of those things besides healing were. Living with and protecting Kiyose, he has learned much, and learned yet more by becoming a vigilante hero. He has thus far refuses to become a licensed hero, both due to the complacency he sees in them and because of an internal conviction that he shouldn't stand beneath anyone except Kiyose.

He works part time as a member of the vigilante "hero" group Docwagon.
 
Only @TehChron knows what lies behind the drunken designs of the Support Department. For now, anyone who is carting around a box or otherwise dealing with them somehow, assume that they are inactive until he posts.

I am going to make an IC post responding to those awaiting NPC responses in a bit. Those of you who are currently racking up points, they're pointless but assume you've wracked up a fair amount, around forty to sixty barring an unsuitable Quirk.

Honestly would've avoided doing it with most characters, but Johnathan is precisely the sort to run towards danger instead of away from it.

Feel sorry for the fools in Area F though, they lack a PC to defend them.
