Projected Power for the Plan: "Dapper Dino"
Racial Levels put in Lizardman offer increased Agility, Physical Defense and HP Regeneration when compared to Humanoids. Maxing out the entire Lizardman tree gives bonuses related to the Lizard species, such as the ability to heal rapidly and even regenerate lost limbs without healing magic.
Racial Levels put into Chameleonman offer slight increases in Agility and Extraordinary Abilities and Skills related to stealth, invisibility, and camouflage. At tenth level, becoming invisible to the naked eye is a trifle and becoming invisible to even magical means of detection can be done at the cost of stamina. There is also a dozen or so other abilities of various tiers that offer a number of bonuses to stealth.
Racial Levels put into Ancient Raptor greatly increase Agility and Base Movement Speed. At their weakest, the player can run at speeds of thirty kilometers per hour with minimum effort, and quickly jump to the top speed of one-hundred kilometers per hour. They gain several abilities that can increase this limit further, to two-hundred kilometers per hour at their fastest and allowing to gain enough velocity to jump incredible heights into the air, almost (
almost) in a game-breaking way. In addition, it grants abilities that allow for rapid and repeated attacks in quick succession. In YGGDRASIL, the player's movements would be assisted through an automated system, but in the New World, their reflexes will simply be accelerated to match their fearsome velocity.
Class Levels put into Rogue increase stealth-related abilities, offer proficiency with daggers and short weapons, as well as light melee armaments and even shortbows, and allows for wearing light armor with proficiency. It gives over a dozen skills related to taking advantage of unaware opponents and dealing critical damage to unexpecting foes. It also has abilities related to ambushes and teamwork.
Class Levels put into Fighter increase Physical Attack and Physical Defense and also increase the character's stamina. They allow for the usage of specialized skills (in the New World, referred to as "Martial Arts") related to attacking mostly with various melee weapons, with which the user becomes proficient. Using these Martial Arts costs Stamina. There is over forty to choose from, and at maximum level, the character knows practically all of them and can mix them together to create dangerous combos.
Class Levels put into Thief further augment stealth, with a focus on breaking-and-entering as well as pickpocketing. It allows the user to steal equipment, get greater drops from opponents, and grants him an instinctive knowledge of how to go about stealing items. It grants several passive skills related with evasion and stealth, as well as information on how to go about stealing. It also grants very few mental skills, like "Detect Treasure" and "Detect Trap."
Class Levels put into Swashbuckler increase the player's proficiency with spades, rapiers, shortswords, and other light bladed weapons intended for dueling and combat in a similar vein. The player learns Swashbuckler tricks aimed at using the ambient environment to their advantage and at abusing drops in the opponent's guard to deal critical damage. It also gives access to several flashy Martial Arts.
Class Levels put into Charisma offer nothing but increased speechcraft abilities. The player will exude an aura of confidence and (at maximum level,) supernatural charisma. They become more skilled at seduction, subterfuge, persuasion, diplomacy, and even intimidation. It also lets them get better prices at the market.
Class Levels put into Exiled Noble give the player abilities related to managing funds and governing a body of servants, but also to decorum and charisma augments that allow them to deal with the troublesome upper class members of society without offending them. At maximum level, it confers a special skill called "Honey Tongue" which allows the player to instinctively know what to say in a conversation to sway the listener. In YGGDRASIL, this only worked in NPC dialogues by letting the player know the outcomes of dialogue choices, but in the New World it's a powerful type of mental magic.
Class Levels put into Gentleman Thief increase and enter symbiosis with their Thief Class Levels, making all of their Thief benefits more potent. In addition, it grants bonuses to Agility, a few passive abilities to discerning treasure and distracting people in various verbal and non-verbal ways, and creates a passive "Aura of Trust" that makes people instinctively want to believe whatever the player says.
The end result is a highly persuasive and considerably strong Fighter, capable of moving at ridiculous speeds in combat and with Swashbuckler tricks that make them an utter undefeatable powerhouse by virtue of being able to dodge nearly all attacks with the exception of wide-area strikes or magic with eiter a wide AoE or advanced homing capabilities. Their skills mesh well together with a towering amount of stealth proficiencies, that allow them to become a sort of "Stealth Speedster." In combination with their intimidation as a result of the Charisma Classes, they can become one, scary motherfucker, or one dapper gentleman like flicking a switch.
Also, even if by some amazing turn of unluck you manage to get hit by an attack, your Lizardman regen will heal it in like... six seconds, so don't sweat it.

Just so you know, all of these classes will rarely allow you to build anything above "mundane" or "mid-tier" quality, and magic items will be fairly weak as well. The classes lack esoteric compact to give the character that ability.
In addition, the "Cyborg" class sounds too Science Fiction by a Fantasy world's standards. I'll agree to something like "Half-Construct" or "Organic Automaton."
Lastly, the Giant Race is Demihuman and therefore yields fewer skill points.
I'll put up a Projected Power sheet soonish. I have to do something, but I'll get to doing it in just a few minutes.
This seems like such a weird progression. I could understand if you started as a Golem or Automaton or something, but Giant to Cyborg? Giants are Demi-Humans btw, not Heteromorphs. Cyborg and Machine God on the other hand seem fitting Heteromorph Races but.... that would still basically mean that a Demi-Human evolved into a Heteromorph? I don't think that's possible.
Technically, it is possible for a Heteromorph to take Racial Levels in a Race that would typically be utilized by Demihumans, but it'd lower their progression. I guess? I'm not sure, actually. I've read the Light Novel somewhat, but I'm not 100% knowledgeable. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
