My thoughts for how to make the living lab, using some resident evil logic
Section One, Mansion and outside, theme of security, Lord Adorable and similar npcs protecting it, less of the horrors of the below sections, turret pops I think, mercenaries with a security or war forged form. This section was most influenced by Warhammer 40K fans. Maybe our Vampire would be up there as well… I feel he should be an area boss with lower levels in an area at the top of the mansion section, if people focus on going down to the sewers he starts to follow?
Below that an organic sewers section with various "escaped" creatures, our slime being programmed to track and ambush people within, connects to multiple sections/floors, Slime tends to retreat to regain health. I think our Beholder and Spider lady would fit here. Poisonous environment so area damages and debuffs those attacking, maybe some concealment effects? Perhaps the area can change shapes in a limited way. The entire section is designed to slow and make it difficult for others to pass through. Hm, I'm thinking some Illithi Roppers and other creatures might be here
Labs below with themed creatures, one lab more Mechanical in nature the sanest section Agatha is "in charge" with someone else acting as the true boss, possibly a lord adorable who retreated from the mansion section? Bio research so weird creatures and beasts, Exodia perhaps as its master so maybe some zombie and other undead as well. Demon summoning section fairly obvious, fire theme. Next an eldritch summoning with Anne being "summoned" as boss perhaps some Illithid (and Illithid creatures), mutants and horrors for the basic protectors and is one of the nastier boss fights. Any other labs? The various types of lab very in how organic they appear; the mechanical isn't visibly organic although some of the wall shapes provide clues for instance.
Below the labs, the medical section where our fallen angel is, so insane nurse, doctor, patients and "patients" with some security as the theme perhaps a chapel added in with a holy environment, possibly a morgue as well them as well with a cold environment. The Library section follows with Elantra and various caster types protecting it.
Command section, basically the final line of true defence. Brain themed (possibly an actual Elder Brain NPC) with regular consoles perhaps. I think our seer and head maid might be here.
The proper living section where the guild tended to store stuff including the treasury, and some thematic stuff.
Since this base is mobile, perhaps the sewers act as a shell going around the entire section, with the labs being closer to the core and acting as entry paths where you get "keys" to go further into the more living sections, such as medical, library as well as the core and actual living quarters.
I haven't thought about where all the characters should go yet, not sure where our dragon, or penguin should go. Lore wise the heads of the sections might not always be the floor or even area bosses.
I view the mansion section as an expendable area so the NPCs tend to be programmed to retreat (with the vampire either retreating when engaged or starting the pursuit when people start going down) after they suffered damage, activating traps and additional mobs (maybe living parts of the base such as say a wall of flesh closing that literally acts as a meat shield) so they can disengage. Not sure if this is workable.
In terms of shear lethality it should be less than the tomb and a massive organised assault smaller than the one which attacked the tomb would be able to brute force it (and without a Victim equivalent to act as a super debuff bomb it can't really handle the numbers)... but I imagine it as a frustrating guild to attack.
I think connecting it to the biolab would make sense, what do you think of the general concept for the internal shape, and the general use of the already created npcs? I think it has enough environment complexity and mob variety to be a proper guild base. I wonder what the guild item would be for this (some thoughts the elder brain being the item specially created to strengthen the guild defences possibly boosted by a craft world item to protect it, caster robes of some sort, tentacle extensions given illithid and might be useful for brain eating, a research book of some sort).
Separate note I'm happy with both continuing the quest or a reboot. If there is a reboot maybe a bit of a vote for back story, something like pick some strengths for the guild, our character flaws and the reason it collapsed, maybe something for our backstory. Backstory wise something like which class they are in (simple ones low class like Ainz provides boosts in relations however we don't know much about leadership and our primary reason for living was the game, vs say a higher background, somewhere on the corporate ladder which potentially causes friction given how dystopian overlord earth is however we would have had more of our own finances maybe started while younger and possibly more skilled at nongame things, on the other hand the game might not have been our life like Ainz's so we have less pvp experience)

For NPCs I kept thinking alright so since Overlord has non human races in human guises then to follow along with it, the guild that's a fan of an old game would follow suit so let's say Albert Wesker is put in and so the race he gets would be something eldritch like to fit his Uroburos boss form.
In regards to a new backstory I feel it should at least guage our motivations more like say a researcher to a doctor or to someone that just likes raiding so exploring.
I day dreamed a borderlands themed guild whose main character would role play a vault hunter and so would snort in amusement at the adventurers and remain independent while looking for more "badass" things to do and explore more ruins.
Once this compulsory information-gathering poll is completed, I'll tally up the votes and likely make a new thread. It feels wrong to build more on top of this one like I'm forcibly defibrillating a corpse and implanting it with a new set of memories. Yuck.
Anyway, the voting period for this is, say, would thirty-something hours be fine?... Two days. Two days is good, right? Let's do two days.

[X] Showing the Beastman the pecking order
-[X] Agree to help as long as she stops with the charade she's putting on and you'll do more than help.
-[X] Go to the Beastman leading the invading armies at the queens border and offer an ultimatum. Either leave or face the wrath of Wizzomatic and have their tribes be conquered. Any people that refuse will be beaten to a pulp by Wizzomatic himself and have their tribes forced to follow him.
-[X] Set up a meeting with Marquis once the issue with the Beastman is settled.
-[X] Agree with Ainz plans. That said you remember a certain someone that you wanted to recruit for your magic school that also happened to be a worker. Go meet up with Arche and her group to make an offer.
-[X] Experiment with making living metal
-[X] Have Agatha look up the designs of the magic school you are building to see if there are things she can add to it. Take Harry Potter Hogwarts as an example. Also ask how much time would she be able to speed things up if she got personally involved in construction.
-[X] Interlude Lord Adorable
[X] [Void Mirror] is a massive, flat round shield which is large enough when equipped to fully conceal the wielder from one direction. Its front face comprises of a pitch black mirror surface in which any observer can only see themselves reflected and nothing else, with a silver floral design along its rim, which extends to its back face till it reaches the bracelet of vines and flowers on its wielder's arm. It wholly negates any force exerted upon it by anything except its wielder, providing immunity to any directional attacks as long as the wielder can react fast enough to intercept, however, its wielder cannot use it to exert force against any resistance greater than air, rendering it useless offensively. It can be shrunken down to a simple watch-like bracelet at will. It can be expanded to any size instantaneously three times a day, but offers no particular ability to actually move an object of such a size, though combined with its other properties, this had once left its wielder suspended a mile above the ground due to their arm being attached to the bracelet when they expanded it to a mile radius. Three times a day, it will absorb and put into stasis whatever contacts its front face for thirty seconds, which can then be released with their directional vector inverted at will, as long as Void Mirror is large enough for them to pass through the front face. Living creatures captured in this manner will be automatically released 1 hour after capture. World Item wielders and their equipment cannot be absorbed, though their attacks and summons can be.
[X] [Hammer of Time] is a glass hammer with the head shaped like an hourglass. Each strike with it will either advance or reverse time on the target's body by a minute, depending on which hammer face is used, which would cause damage, buffs and debuffs to either wear off or become undone. Thrice a day it can be used to move a target it strikes up or down an age category(Baby->Child->Teenager->Adult->Mature->Old->Ancient being the normal humanoid range), fully removing all effects and damage which will fade with time if aging them, or fully undoing them of all ailments and changes gained after that age category if reverse aging them, followed by inflicting the reverse time direction on the wielder. If moved past the limits of their age range the target is instantly killed. The wielders of World Items cannot be changed to a state where they are unable to wield their World Item. Creatures with no age categories like undead and constructs are instead advanced or reversed by 25 years, or 25% of their current age, whichever is greater. This can cause a modified creature to revert to their previous state, such as a turned vampire or lich becoming their previous race. In such an event, their racial levels are lost until the next time they are aged, upon which they regain the lost levels.
[X] [Airkiller] is a bow that, at first glance, appears to be nothing special. It appears to be carved out of redwood, and its' string shimmers slightly, as if the space around it is fading in and out of reality. However, once either a Player or an NPC releases an arrow, they will unerringly hit their target exactly where they want to, ignoring all forms of magical or mundane misdirection or movement, so long as the target was visible upon the arrows' release. If the target teleports or moves away faster than the projectile can keep up, the arrow will teleport or accelerate to compensate. While holding this World Item, no spell or effect can remove it from the bearer's grasp.
[X] Wizzomatic's Best Day Ever V1.2
-[X] Agree to help as long as she stops with the charade she's putting on and you'll do more than help once she starts acting her age. You'll kick the beastman back into their own lands whence they came. The gratitude for such work can be discussed later.
-[X] Let loose and relax in wrecking havoc on the beastmen. Try out Eternal Rest. Do be a bit careful with captured cities in case of captives.
-[X] Ham it up while killing the beastmen "I am the scourge of the Gods, appointed to chastise you, since no one knows the remedy for your iniquity except me. You are wicked, but I am more wicked than you. And so be silent!"
-[X] Tell Ainz it maybe better to go at it more directly by using Fluder to arrange Jirnicvs meeting with Ainz under the excuse of stumbling upon an ancient being interested in the outside world during his experiments with magic.
-[X] Experiment with a sentient living bio super computer capable of repairing and maintaining technology.
-[X] Interlude Lord Adorable
[X] Brokkr's transmutation cube: Takes in materials that can be refined or combined to make even finer material.
[X] Horn of Asgard: Summons Einherjar/Valkyrie.

-[X] Limit the number of actions. Do not allow write-ins for new actions if there are more than 4 dilemmas.
-[X] Make sure the character has a goal and consistent characterization that won't be ruined by write-ins.
[X] [Game Mode] New Game (True): Design a new character and guild. Same start as this Quest, where you select every option from scratch.
-[X] Evil or heteromorphic is mandatory. It isn't overlord if he has to do nothing to preserve his morals and it"ll keep the players from going for the good guy route to please everyone every time.
-[X] No Nazarick
-[X] Same NPCs
[X] [Tense] Third person. (Wizzomatic walked up to them.)
-[X] First person is good sometimes like for internal monologues. Go with what is appropriate for the time. Don't have it be first person all of the time. I associate first person with self-inserts here and that will influence players towards a meta playstyle.

[] [Vote Format] Players will be presented with 1-6+ dilemmas per update, and given a set of solutions that the PC could conceivably think of, but write-ins will be allowed. @Birdsie how would you feel about say 1 week turns with limited number of slots and possibly costs? Perhaps having some updates as events where we basically work to solve it. I would prefer the option of write-ins mostly so we can do some research stuff, when we vote for a write-in perhaps you can give an estimated turns to completion and if it is too advanced for us a point in the right direction for how to go?
[X] [Game Mode] New Game+: A restart of Wizzomatic's adventure! With guild base change
Mostly so we can make the guild more properly match wiz... I am neutral with regards to with or without Ainz... maybe keep it hidden if Ainz is here or not, perhaps a different guild appears. I like the Squid Wizard Build and our capstone, although I wouldn't mind altering it abit
[X] [Tense] Whatever you are most comfortable with,
[X] [Criticism] I enjoy your writing however there are always ways for you to improve
[X] [OST] If the QM feels like there is a fitting piece for a scene, attach it for luls.
-[X] But don't go overboard
Actually neutral but think some players would like it
Edit:
[X] [Vote Format] Weekly slot based turns, with actions having times, option of write ins available but a set of options also provided for players. Events happen which basically follows the dilemma, doesn't happen every turn but does happen and some actions start event turns
View this as a sort of empire building and direction phase and events phase

Ainz can be left out so more focus can be on the MC. Don't mind too much but that was the impression I get when we interact with him so had to devote some actions with him. Could be done better but that's something I'm not sure how to go through.

[X] [OST] Write the song name and sountrack it is from.
Ainz Ooal Gown was one of the two things that killed the quest for me when I played early on. There is no powerfantasy or the sense of being powerful if our "bro" is just as good and we're held back by him. Wiz can't stretch his legs if he is sitting next to someone.
Personally, a few votes ago I decided I'd rather just read what was going to happen, as things had gotten rather more freeform than I could readily vote with, and what would generally happen is that one person (and I was once or twice one of those) would say "I have this plan" and almost everybody would just go "yeah, sure, let's do that one" without any debate or counterplan.
So the only vote I'm going to weigh in with here is this, all else I leave to the others:

Once I'm done tallying the votes and writing, I will threadmark this thread with a link to the new one. This one should be left alone in my opinion, as its story is very much discontinued.
