Was tempted to apply as someone egregiously powerful...but decided against it.

Damn it, I totally missed my mark when I predicted Nui...

Ah well, I'll leave what I was working in here for next time and go work out who to submit instead.

Character Name: Matoi Ryuko

Appearance:

Universe of Origin: Kill la Kill

Powers and Abilities:

Life Fiber Hybrid
Ryuko is a Life Fiber Hybrid, a human who was infused with Life Fibers at a young age. As a result, she boasts amazing physical ability, and can regenerate from shocking amounts of damage. However, her regeneration can be nullified by a 'Scissor Attack'- In other words, cutting the same part of her body from two opposite directions will greatly hamper her regeneration, assuming that the two cuts eventually reach the same point.

Scissor Blade
A red Scissor Blade, half of a weapon made by Matoi Isshin primarily as a way of tricking his foes not to look for Senketsu, but still a powerful weapon in it's own right. Made of hardened life Fibers, this weapon is one of the few things capable of cutting through a Kamui. It can change sizes, allowing Ryuko to shrink it down for easy storage, or grow to the size of a mountain.

When used in unison with it's other half, even if not recombined, the Scissor Blades are capable of a 'Rending' effect, completely nullifying Life Fiber Regeneration to the point where wounds inflicted can not be healed.

Junketsu

... I have no idea whatsoever regarding the setting, but I find myself interested regardless.

Now, can someone please convince my muse to not write up a Clownpiece sheet, and possibly even to help me write a pair of overdue quest updates?

Situationally Overpowered
Well, I suppose I may as well.

Character Name: Fujou Kirie

Appearance:

Powers and Abilities:

Spiritual Projection

Although her real body is crippled and blind, she can project a spirit resembling herself into the world, which is capable of flight and sight.

Possession
Kirie's Spiritual Projection can 'Possess' people, so to speak. Possessed people act lifeless, and follow Kirie's commands, such as 'Commit Suicide.' Those with resistance to psychic attacks can ignore this ability, but Kirie is also capable of possessing prosthetic limbs. Possessed people do not seem to need food or water while possessed.

Mental Attack
Kirie has shown the capability to use a mental attack on people immune to Possession, stunning them for a second.

Apparations
Those killed while Possesed become Apparations, fragments of a departed soul. These Apparations are invisible to those without Psychic abilities, except for those that the Apparations are using their powers on. The Apparations also have the ability to Possess people, like Kirie, but it is much weaker (Able to be resisted with ego), and those killed while possessed will not become Apparations themselves. For the most part, these Apparations just reinforce Kirie's Possession ability.

Unnatural Vitality
Kirie possesses unnatural vitality, due to being descended from Demon Hunters. This does not give her the ability to overcome her illness, only to survive it for much longer then any normal human would be capable of.

Gear: A wheelchair.

Personality: Kirie is quiet and timid. She is defined by day-dreaming and floating. She has been plagued by disease and spent her life in the hospital ward. After losing her sight, she viewed the world with renewed clarity, and was set free by Araya with another body after awakening her spiritual ability. She has no goal even with this body, so she has nowhere to go. She lingers and floats, and although she desires to make new friends, they cannot hear her or sense her and this causes her to grow lonely. She possesses their souls with the intention of making them notice her, resulting in the body of the victims to commit suicide in the process.

Despite her subdued demeanour, she continued to use her power to the point of escapism; even though she was aware towards the eventual fate of her victims. Only when she was caught by Touko does she freely admit to her crimes. Although she had possessed Mikiya, she has shown a sense of compassion by never actually tampering with him enough to cause his body to commit suicide. When Kirie's second body encountered death through her fight with Shiki, this caused her to develop a fondness for the feelings she felt during the experience. She likens the feeling of death as if "life" was brought back inside her ill body, and as such chooses to commit suicide to relive the same experience. Before death, Kirie believed that the only way she could return to the reality of the normal world after being deprived of experience for being bed-ridden for so long was to allow herself to finally die.

I'm sorry Mort, but you're giving me to much ammunition not to apply as Gazamy

Not Nearly As Well Off As He Thinks He Is

Name: Gazamy the Evil Spook
Occupation: Asshat
Age: 500-ish (Born est. 1510)
Gender: Male

Appearance: Gazamy wears a hooded yellow cape with black markings and large rolled-up cuffs along with long black ribbons and bandages across his arms. An open shirt lies beneath his vest that shows his chest, a loose black tie, two belts, and black pants. His body occasionally flickers in and out of a spectral shape when in periods of stress, appearing as a black mass riddled with trails of green energy with his face having a wide smile and only one glowing green eye. He carries two butterfly knives concealed on his person at all times.

History: A magus born in England in the early 16th Century, Gazamy was a contemporary of notable modern magi such as John Dee and Edward Kelley and helped to develop the system of Enochian magic by adapting thaumaturgical elements from the Hebrew Kabbalah. Gazamy was an sour and unlikable fellow with many enemies, and so he sought a way to spite those who desired him dead by attaining immortality. To this end, he ritualistically invoked the ancient demon Choronzon, a phantasmal phenomenon who resided in the Abyss.

In return for a massive sacrifice of human souls, Gazamy bound his own soul to Choronzon's essence, which was a shape-changing and persistent phenomenon that emerges into the world time and time again, drawing itself out of the emptiness of the Abyss through a powerful self-observation and assertion of its own individual existence. Even if he was struck down and killed, the unyielding principle of Choronzon's power would bring him back to life in due time as an existence comparable to a Wraith, yet at the same time something entirely unique.

Gazamy relished his newfound power of reconstitution and began to plague the Magus Association with all sorts of spiteful pranks and inconveniences, knowing that even their best exorcists and invokers of the spiritual would not be able to permanently destroy his soul. He earned the title of "The Evil Spook" for his uniquely troublesome attributes and was imprisoned beneath the Tower of London. Even so, he escaped time and time again, only to be returned to his specially crafted cell.

During his various periods out of containment, he instructed Aleister Crowley in the art of Kabbalistic magics and became a founding member of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, a closely-knit group of mages who called one another comrade and shared their work with one another with a surprising amount of trust as opposed to the secretive and self-centered standard procedure for magi of the Clock Tower. The Golden Dawn's roster in time grew to include many occultists, actors and writers such as Bram Stoker, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and more.

Personality: Selfish, provocative and troublesome are the words that best describe Gazamy. While he at a glance tries to project the image of a harmless or helpless magus with little in the way of combat capability, he in fact is a ruthless and manipulative man who enjoys causing all kinds of trouble for the sake of attention and amusement.

Magic:
Element(s): Fire, Water
Origin: Assertion

Abilities:
Thelema: The thaumaturgical system of Thelema, which extensively combines elements of traditional Egyptian, Hindu and Kabbalistic schools into a single system geared toward the fulfillment and improvement of the individual as a microcosm of universal power and potential. Gazamy's particular style incorporates influences from Enochian magic to invoke spiritual existence such as Wraiths and lesser Imaginary Demons to wield as familiars. While Gazamy is not especially powerful as a magus, the sheer diversity and complexity of his thaumaturgy is a considerable feat in itself.

Filipino Martial Arts: While by no means a skilled practitioner of any of the world's myriad mysterious and powerful martial arts, Gazamy prefers the 'common sense' combat techniques developed in the Philippines, which incorporates a cultural blend of Western and Eastern elements into highly efficient fighting maneuvers. Gazamy sticks to unarmed methods such as Suntukan and Kinamotay (which incorporate gouging and biting) and the Sinawali school of knife-fighting (which uses fluid weaving motions while double-wielding bladed weapons). His proficiency is by no means stellar, but it's sufficient all the same for defending himself and killing untrained pursuers.

Pact of Choronzon: A contract with a phenomenal ego-existence that resides in the 'Abyss' according to Hermetic and Thelemic schools of lore. Whether this is a power that hails from the Abyss where the darkness of humanity slumbers or something that exists in a mysterious realm close to the Root is unknown, even to Gazamy himself. This allows Gazamy to exist as a series of proxies expelled from the Abyss in which Choronzon dwells in a manner not unlike Heroic Spirits being summoned from the Throne of Heroes as copied extensions of the original soul.

As a power that works on the principle of the 'ego' being recognized, the strength of Gazamy's magecraft relative to a specific target increases as they focus more on him. Strong emotions directed toward him such as hatred qualify, a fact that he capitalizes on.

While it is hideously potent as a means of keeping oneself mired in the living world, the length of time Gazamy requires to emit another proxy is ridiculously long. However, this period is shortened when more people are 'observing' Gazamy by thinking about him - this exerts a gradual tug on his ego from within the Abyss.

Mort's sheet is guaranteed to get in because it is stupidly overpowered for what I have in mind

Is this 'murder people without letting suspicion fall on you or seem as if magic made it happen'.

Because if so, yeah, Kirie is kinda perfect for that objective. Nobody will even be able to tell there was a murder!
