Now these are the rules, proactively borrowed from Grue for the sake of getting this off the ground as quickly as possible.

Objective System
Now, you may be wondering what I mean by Objectives. Objetives are tasks given to you by BROB, and fall into two main categories:
-Major Objectives are what Oath Sign veterans will be familiar with. Given at the start of the game and upon new players entering, these will typically fall into one of two formats: Destroy X, or Protect Y until Z falls.
Completion of a Major Objective will result in a power boost agreed upon in the OOC, in proportion to ROB's amusement. However, even accidental completions, such as the Objecive's target having turned intoma giant demonic tree that's about to bring the Counter Guardians down, will still result in a substansial boost.
-Minor Objectives are a concept that I'm taking from @Prospalz , and are specific tasks from ROB that aren't as broad as the Major Objectives. For example, you could be tasked with assisting in stopping a major threat, or disrupting a future threat. Completing Minor Objectives will grant a lesser boon of some sort. They're most likely to turn up in the early game for Puella Magi, who have them replace Grief Seeds for siphoning off corruption.
Players and Application Form
Anyway, the form to apply is as follows:
Avatar: Who you're playing as.
Appearance: What your character looks like.
Powers and Abilities: Fairly straightforward; what your character is able to do. Mkre detail tends to be appreciated, as opposed to less.
Other: Anything else that doesn't fit into another section.

No, seriously. Im probably only accepting eight players at most at first, and expect to die quickly and randomly. Put up a brave front, and hope that the dice will ever be in your favor.

Also, keep in mind that I can and will nerf character sheets on a whim, as well as negotiate potential power ups when setting said nerfs in place. Just worth keeping in mind.
 
So I don't think I ever joined an oath sign before (Does find el mundo count?) but are we playing as our actual avatar characters or as self inserts inside the body of our avatars?

Powers and Abilities:

Teleport: As an esper, Kuroko possesses the relatively rare ability of Teleportation at a level of '4'. This allows her to nigh-instantly teleport herself and any object she is in physical contact with (so long as the total mass of the objects does not exceed 130.7 kilograms) up to 81.5 meters away from herself. Kuroko has been shown to be able to alter the orientation of objects she teleports (an example being when she teleported Uiharu above Misaka Mikoto in such a manner that their heads would collide) and is capable of teleporting objects and people into the space taken up by solid objects. In these situations the matter that previously occupied the target space is displaced, functionally erasing it from our observable three dimensions. While Kuroko has shown the ability to teleport multiple objects at once, her ability to teleport objects and herself requires a brief moment of concentration to work out the required calculations, any interruptions to said concentration rendering her ability nonfunctional. Finally, Kuroko has shown to seemingly require a period of roughly one second between the uses of her ability in combat.

Judgement Training: As a result of her training in Judgement, Academy City's student-based disciplinary committee, Kuroko possess training in the application of first aid, hand to hand combat, and a hardy constitution for one of her age and build. She also seems to have an unusual ability to endure electrical attacks.

Ah, here's a perfect example of a relatively decent All-Rounder sheet.

They have almost no restrictions in their ability to affect things, even if their individual weight on each level is somewhat limited.

Appearance:
Powers and Abilities:
-Natural Tactician: Jaune has a natural grasping the situation to make plans to gain the advantage and counter possible threats. He can also coordinate allies once learned about their abilities to gain an upper hand during a combat situation.
-Basic Sword/Shield Combat Skills: Jaune has basic skills in combat as he has no practice on wielding these weapons, except the basics he knows about. Which are the basic hide behind the shield to block shit, and put the sharp part into the opponent.
-Massive Aura Reserve: Aura, A power hunters/huntress have to combat the opponent to mankind. This power allows superhuman capabilities such as an increase in strength and endurance. It also even has a passive regeneration that heals damages. Jaune however has a massive aura reserves which means he could get hit alot, and get right back up. It also allows one to devlop a semblance.
-Superhuman Capabilities: Due to his Aura, Jaune has superhuman strength and endurance. As such he is quite durable and with the regeneration boost he could endure quite alot.
-Passive Small Regeneration: Jaune has a small passive regeneration due to his Aura. He could heal small cuts quick and recover a broken bone in a week. He however can not regenerate missing limbs.
-Semblance: ???
Other: Jaune has in recent news unlocked his aura, as such he doesn't know what his semblance does. However, There was a glimpse on it as when he got punched the opponent who punched him, was stumbled back with a shock look. He also is an inexperience combatant with not that much combat experience compared to other hunters/huntress.

I don't expect to last long with this character, based on how death will happen alot.
