This may be a bit pre-emptive yet, but I'm finally at a point where I feel like I can announce an ETA for the next update and the general resurrection of this quest! Basically, it should hopefully be up sometime within the next week or so; I estimate I'm currently 80% of the way through the massive incoming infodump.
Most of the rest of the main cast (aside from a few strays) are going to be introduced all at once; the portraits under the "others" tab shall soon be emptied out. Internet cookies for anyone who wants to take a guess at what they may be like ahead of time.
And after this, while I can't promise a super fast schedule (probably once a week for the time being) I can at least say I've figured out what I'm doing; helping @SpoopyGhost with their own quest (Magical Girl Phantom Ascension; I recommend checking it out if you get the chance) has provided some useful experience and understanding that I intend to apply here from now on. All told, I hope to make the relaunch prove to be worth the wait! (Sorry for the wait)
