Matter of Faith (BTVS / OC)

Mm.
Makes it hard to pick the options, though.
Seems better to give the information early on, you know?
I know. In this case I'm trying to keep the options relatively low, especially since the 13 have different mechanics than the other. With them you can actually change styles if you like. With the other options, it's a bit harder, but I'd probably allow it :)

[x] The World (Shaman)

BtVS has lots of punching and holy powers already. It would be fun to see an elemental magic wielder join in the fray. :)

[X]The Light: Paladin

We are a guy that specializes in Body and Soul after all. So hit people with swords first, then SMITE them later. Though it is kinda strange that Body 6 + Soul 4 equals Charisma 2. I don't really get the secondary stat system.

I think the body + soul gives the max it can be, in that case 10. Our current level though is 2 in Charisma but we could raise it up to ten with work

Monk, Shaman, or Druid would probably be best, because where the hell in the modern world are we going to be able to use armor?

edit: maybe just Monk since we have high body and higher-than-average soul.

One of the first skills for the armor classes is going to be armor summoning. :)

Though monk would be fun admittedly.
Hm. Yeah, but fist to fist fighting is already covered by the Slayer tbh. I would like to have to our character be supernaturally powerful swordsman that slices and dices vampires and demons while burning them with his mere presence. :p

Go with the thirteen. It sounds like we get to customize them more than the other options and at least two paths are weapon users

Bah, Swordsman? What kind of paladin are you. You smash gribbles with the "Hammer of JusticeTM"!!!

It's a mishmash.

Druids will be able to get shapeshifting, and naturey stuff. It's not going to be totally like I have it in other settings, but it would be influence by it.

Wardens would be a combo of berserker / wild man. It's the one that would have the highest Strength out of all the classes, and would get access to 'animal spirts' so to speak.

Hm... I'm now leaning towards the monk. Show how hand to hand fighting should *really* be done, instead of the usual brute force fighting Slayers do (from what I've seen of the show)

Personally I'm thinking about how people would react to the closest thing to a knight of god they'll ever see.

Finally we can play as Jock in Btvs.:lol

(X)Monk.

reason,if someone taught me in buffy, monk give us advantage of how we hide our weapon.

our weapon is our own hand, that mean we can prepare to fight without gaining something suspicious for authority.

and being body builder fit nicely as monk practice.
