Magical Girl Monster Quest

[X] Actually, I'd quite like you to finish answering my friend's question please. She's raised some relevant concerns, in my opinion.

The best diversion is one that makes the local magical girl even more favorably inclined to us.

Both Kaleido and Skopeo fly up to join him. You sigh, and wait patiently. Roughly thirty seconds later, a blushing Kaleido flies down, picks you up under the arms, and flies you up to the roof with the rest of them.
We're frickin adorable.
Piece of cake.

Though the pride option seems fun, it doesn't quite mesh with what I've selected thus far. This may be a bit obvious of a deflection, though.

[x] I am Victor Crowne. A king must have the power to protect his subjects, and as future king of the universe, I kept that in mind and trained.

[X] I'm Victor Crowne, THE KING, and a mongrel such as that could never hope to strike me down.

This meshes well with the persona we've created so far at school, and is an answer and not an answer at the same time.

Kaleido is the one interrogating us. The whole talks is her (and Scope's) idea.

She knows us, she knows where to find us. It's not like we can hide from her if we go to the same school. So it's about dodging being questioned by the Wrecker, I guess.

I like the idea of dodging, and I can understand not trying to force the discussion to be about Kaleido if she's the one running it; however, the direction we're dodging looks like a brick wall to me. He told us who he is and left unsaid (but obvious) how he deals with his enemies. Are we just trying to force him to say that he kills people sometimes?

Don't look at me, I voted on a whim. I never said it was a cunning plan. :)

He is the one taking people prisoner, so it's only fair that he's the one that is the focus of their attention. We have not admitted to having any powers yet. In fact, we ran off like a sissy civvie. So we aren't too suspicious... to Kaleido, that is.

In that case, I think I'd prefer to answer the question superficially
[x] I'm Victor Crowne. I just happen to have some significant martial arts training.

and then change the subject to another relevant topic
-[x] So what are you planning to do with that prisoner?

At this rate declaring we're a daemon to them is going to win by vote split...
That would be mildly hilarious, if it's written in-universe as a slip of the tongue.

Well, as long as we can talk them into not hating us afterwards. I actually think we could pull it off, though I'd rather we not have to find out.

Prideful, states his desires to be king and frames the reason for his training and strength through the lens of protecting others whilst talking to "heroes".

Obviously that isn't the only reason to his power or his training...

But they don't have to know that.
