Still, if a typical shonen hero thinks he can take on the cruel reality even though he doesn't have powers, what makes him different compared to Celica? Logically, a person with powers may fare better than the one who is without them.
[X] I understand its a tragedy for most, but well... I don't know these people. It's hard to be sad for those whom you have never met. I can respect the grief of the other students however, and I will not begrudge them for it. He also seems to have taken too much of the blame to carry upon himself. I mean it feels like he is saying that he was the only one who could have saved them, also I realized that his talks about each of the students were from his own personal interactions with them. I will let it go as I can understand what he is going through however He needs to talk to a counselor or someone about this and soon.
Do you mean you want to take over Celica's position as the President or something? Well... that's a matter to look forward in the future.Changing the topic a bit, though, is the Utena option of running for our own studen council-led world revolution possible somewhere down the line? :3
Thaaaaaat would be where the second part of yon responded-to quote kicks in, sirrah.

Here's my edit to the write-in:
[] I understand its a tragedy for most, but well... I don't know these people. It's hard to be sad for those whom you have never met. I can respect the grief of the other students however, and I will not begrudge them for it. He also seems to have taken too much of the blame to carry upon himself. I mean it feels like he is saying that he was the only one who could have saved them, like he's almost ignoring the fact that many of them made a decision to pursue this life, to stand and fight when there were people that needed protecting. I don't know what he's going through, but that he feels he must take the weight and responsibility of the world upon himself cheapens their choice. It's honestly rather sad to see, because I understand that he is trying, but for the wrong goal. He talks about death and sacrifice, when instead he could be talking about how all of us could work together to make sure such a thing never happens again. No one man can face everything alone.
Any thoughts?
Are you sure you want to do that? I mean, there's a lesson about not making assumption during our encounter with Elisabeth. Making the same mistake may make us no different than her.Welcome to SV, where we do not like people who we assume to be pricks. And at the moment, we assume the president to be a prick.
Well, we know he's planning something and will use us at our expense, possibly as a scapegoat or a source of power due to our stigmaAre you sure you want to do that? My comrades we can´t challenge him before all the school where someone can hear our true opinion, with our popularity they will think the worst posible thing about we said and that will create rumors about our evil that will make us be something akin to the Overlord that everyone want to kill, in private we can challenge his ideal, become the oponent that someday will fight him and win destroying his plan but that will be in the future as we get our levels in Badasery
