The Order obelisks and priests have a connection. The obelisk must be destroyed first, then the priest killed before the obelisk repairs. The priest can repair the obelisk and the obelisk can repair the priest.
The priest does not require a Heart of order to benefit from the obelisks function.

(OCC: Removing a heart of order from a priest does not kill him in this quest (I'm pretty sure it doesn't ingame either, though perhaps im wrong). The only way to kill one is to deactivate the obelisk by overloading it with hearts, then to kill the priest so the obelisk cannot resurrect them.)
You are entirely unsurprised to find every voice agreeing that Diana comes with you, their arguments to why differ slightly but beggars can't be choosers. She's coming and there's nothing Morlia can say to stop it!
"Diana should come with us." Morlia opens her mouth to object. "Look she's a net plus to our combat capability, you saw that disintegration spell she used, and she has no where else to go. I know you want her to be safe, I do to, and I think she'll be safer with us than not with us. I'd certainly feel better about it."
"She's fifteen, she's supposed to be under someone's care." Morlia says patiently. "An adult's care not a daedra's." She adds, anticipating your declaration that you are an adult... sort of at least.
"She's made her choice, not to accept her choice would demean her and besides you are an adult... right? I mean you look like and adult but are High Elf ages different or something?" Morlia crossed her arms over her chest haughtily.
"I am twenty two and not a suitable guardian for a child." She answers. "The safest place for her to be is the chapel...." She trails off, remembering what you said about Kvatch being attacked to get to Martin, you think. Her haughty 'you're just a servant' expression changes to a worried frown.
"Alright fine, she can come along for now." You have no doubt that Morlia intends to leave Diana in another, safer city the moment she can. Diana hugs your arm, carefully to avoid the spikes of crystal.
"Hey, do we need grocery shopping?" You ask suddenly, it just crossed your mind and it is a sensible question. Morlia glares at you.
"No Fast, I have taken care of everything." She says confidently and starts walking towards the city gates. You follow, with Diana still attached to your arm, and take a last look at the city. There's a none zero chance the next time you see it the Oblivion Crisis will have started and it'll be in flames. You have no idea what butterflies you've already made and what butterflies you'll be making in the future.
The road down the hill hairpins back and forth and when you reach the junction with the main road you turn left. Towards Skingrad if you remember right. The journey has some nice bits of scenery, trees and flowers and stuff, but it's not until mid afternoon that you see something really interesting. The white stone of an Ayleid ruin peaking through a screen of bushes.
"Ruin!" You squee and follow the white stone towards its source.
"Fast come ba- why do I even bother. Fast!" Morlia shouts but you totally ignore her. Ruin's are far too exciting not to investigate. When you reach the ruin itself you're surprised. It looks like it was buried in a hillock but half of the earth covering it has gone. Washed away you think. The white stone is mud-streaked and dotted with clods of grass in places. Earth builds up in drifts behind pillars and in door frames like really weird looking snow.
At a guess this place is really recently uncovered. Probably too recent for anyone else to have found it.
"Wow an Ayleid ruin." Diana catches up with you before Morlia. Her eyes are practically sparkling with excitement. You can sympathise.
"Fast you... oh wow," even Morlia can't help but be a little awed it seems. "This wasn't here before." She adds, you feel like dancing but nothing relevant comes into your head. You dance anyway.

Especialy the glowy crystal thingies."

We should explain to someone what CHIM is or the true nature the Nirn. Would be a good way to get rid of someone who isn't dumb enough not to think it through or to smart to not zero sum themselves out of existence.
We can just make our self a maxed level body with max leveled skills using CHIM. Also chim is really easy to understand and achieve if you know what it is from an outside point of view. It is quite literally realizing that you are apart of the godhead and as such can change and reshape reality as you want once you realize the truth about the elder scrolls universe and that everything is apart of a dream. Sum Zeroing is basically coming to the conclusion that you both do and do not exist. Basically just realize that you are apart of the godhead and thus can warp reality like he can.
This article explains it a lot better then I ever could.
"Hey, you two there should be a glow-y magic fountain thing around here somewhere." You can't see one near you. "If you can find it it should give your magic a big boost." Diana nods and starts looking around further up the hillock. If it's anywhere you imagine it'll be near the top somewhere, that makes sense to you anyway.
"Are you being serious or just sending her away for some reason?" Morlia asks you.
"Serious, I swear, besides I've been waiting for this since I got here!" You cackle a little towards the end there. Morlia raises an eyebrow but does go join in Diana's hunt for the magical energy well.
A triumphant whoop tells you that Diana's found what you described among all the white pillars and wall encrusted with gold. To you slight disappointment there's no way to tell if it worked how you remember it working when Morlia and Diana come back. You regard the two mages as sternly as you can. You have a plan for this and it's a damn good one! At least it is in your opinion.
"You guys stay a good distance behind me, I'm a good deal more durable than you magic types." You tell them. "And, anything you can summon would be good too. Numbers will be a real help I think." Morlia smirks and rolls up her sleeves.
"Just watch how this is done." She says confidently and you watch her gather magic in her hands. She gestures like she's throwing it forwards and white light bursts out from her palm. You look away automatically. When you look back there's a Scamp crouched on the grass. It's smaller than it should be you think.
"Julianos damn it!" Morlia yells at the top of her voice, her face is red and her hair is in disarray. "Why does nothing I summon come out right?!" Yeah... that's definitely a stunted Scamp alright.
You try not to laugh. You don't try very hard but you do make an effort.
"Shut up Fast." Morlia snarls. "You, follow the armour and don't attack it!" The scamp nods and stands behind you, a flicker of fire in its palms. "At least this one obeys me." Morlia mutters.
You enter the ruins through a crack in one of the white stone wall that's just large enough for you to scrape through. It's not quiet by any means but it works. Immediately you come to a crossroads.
To the right is a long gleaming corridor, lit by blue glowing crystals in the walls, that leads to a gate. To the left there are stairs winding into darkness.
