Vote will hopefully be called and update will be written sometime tomorrow in the afternoon, but no guarantees. I'm possibly going to be pretty busy.
Some comments to tide you over, and inform other people! Please note that none of the votes I comment on are wrong, just worth providing some context for!
Two things about these, first is that I may mess around with the names (and in the future clearly need to clarify that I'll do my best to handle names) because, well, I need to plausibility check them anyway.
The second is that if this wins, and I can't figure out how to parse "lumberjack" into something coherent, I'll start mucking around with the concept until it makes sense.
Oh yeah, also some expectation adjustment.
Denmark is a pretty wealthy country, but it's also a country with a pretty strong sense of social responsibility and fairly decent income equality. Most people go through the public school system, in large part because it's free for everyone and has had a lot of resources poured into it. I, personally, despite being firmly middle-to-upper-middle class went to public school because that's honestly just pretty normal. Some of the middle-class kids go to various private school, and the really rich certainly do, but you tend to get a pretty good cross-section of Danish society in the elementary school.
Similarly though, this means you can make some decent assumptions about what "rich" means in this context. The really rich people have kind of self-selected themselves into "their own" part of Copenhagen, so most of the "rich" people that'd also show up in Annelise's elementary school would be either middle-class academics/professionals like my own parents, or those working in management and business for the smallish-to-mid-sized organizations (both public and private) that litter Copenhagen. At a rough guess, if "Lily's" parents are doing really, really, well, they'd be pulling in about 1 million DKK each per year, which converts roughly to 200k USD per year. Pre-tax. More plausibly, they'd be making perhaps a little more than half that.
On the subject of money, music is generally not the greatest subject to study for job prospects.
The competition for the actual music related jobs is pretty fierce, the tuba is perhaps not the best instrument to try and start a band with, and the consolation prize is usually teaching music at high school or elementary school.
Not to say you can't do it! Plenty of people in RL do it, and as far as I know they think they made the right choice. But it's something to think about, yeah?
What I mentioned for the above kind of also applies to this. Fine Arts is not exactly an industry with a lot of openings, and many artists in Denmark live pretty shabbily unless they really manage to break into the serious art circles, which is not easy and can fail entirely.
Also, to be entirely fair, Københavns Universitet (or as you would say it, the University of Copenhagen) is actually not the best place for that kind of thing, and the fact Annelise can't pick something more appropriate is entirely my fault.
(there are real institutions for learning how to be an artist, but I know jack-all about them)
The actual track she'd end up on in this case would be "History of Art" which is... similar, but not the same.
Again, it's a totally valid option, but I want to make clear what it means.
So terrible.
I reserve the right to interpret these just as liberally as you interpreted my "give me three keywords" instruction.
That said, I can work with all of those. No really, I can. Just watch me.
Speaking of things I can work with, linguistics at the University of Copenhagen is my own actual bachelor's degree.
I am thus, of course, obligated to inform you all that linguistics is the best degree because it is in the best field.
More seriously, the big difference between linguistics and the other potential picks is that for most of them I can only guess at the contents of the courses. For linguistics, I could in theory teach those courses. Like seriously, I have all the textbooks right next to my desk. I can almost reach out and touch them from where I'm sitting, writing this.
It is also comparatively a track with much better job prospects than most of the rest of the humanities.
I'm not entirely sure how I would feel about turning this into "polar bear girl linguist" Quest. Probably a little weird, but Annelise is pretty different from me, so it'd probably be okay.
Seriously though, no pressure to pick this either. I love my field to bits and I will go to significant lengths to expose other people to it, but it's you guys who are supposed to make those decisions for Annelise, and I absolutely won't try to put any more pressure on you than actual Danish society would.

[X] Paul - Super Serious, "I thought chuuni was a Japanese thing...?", DETERMINATION
No Hachiman? Well, I'm pushing for Sagara, then
[X] Signy - Ojou-sama Overdrive, Probably Scrooge McDuck's Danish Cousin, Sneering Head-tilt
Like I'm pretty sure since this quest was brought to us by animu we need an ojou-sama on the team
[X] Oscar - "You could grind cheese on those!", Cool as Ice, HEMA Practitioner
Every quest needs some fanservice, guise
So terrible.

[X] Linguistics
We're learning about Denmark, already, so let's go for MAXIMUM EDUCATION and make the quest about linguistics, as well!
