What terrifying speed. Only a little more than a week since last update! Who am I, and what have I done with Usandru?

You said you were going to go on a double-date with Signe and her boyfriend, so getting a date is definitely on your list of things. And that aside, Maja was cute. Like very cute. In fact, you admire your self-restraint at not asking her out on the spot yesterday.
You vaguely wonder if this is the one that'll stick. You sort of suspect that your own attitude towards it will determine a great deal of that. Do you
want it to stick? You don't know yet.
What you
do know is that Maja was a little skittish until she got drunk, and would probably react strongly and awkwardly to a confession, so you can't just ask her out over facebook now that your first chance has slipped away. You'll need to arrange a normal meeting and then ask if she wants to date.
You
really doubt she'll say no. She seemed pretty into you yesterday, and you suspect she has trouble asking people out herself, so you taking the initiative will be great from her point of view. On the other hand, sobriety might change things, so you had best try to keep your expectations under control.
In any case, first thing is asking her to meet up somewhere to have fun.
...actually, before that, you should take that shower, get the blood off and maybe put on some light clothes. Yeah. You'll do that.

Hair and fur still slightly wet, you settle down in front of your laptop. It looks like Maja is online. She did probably go to sleep earlier than you. You send her a quick hello and then start scanning everything to see what all your many,
many friends have been up to.
You're in the middle of typing out a quick comment to a rather hilarious picture when you get a response. Maja seems a bit surprised you messaged her already. You mash out that you wouldn't dream of letting such a cute bunny be kept waiting and send the reply before you even consciously have time to consider what you're doing.
There's a bit of a wait, then a bunch of blushing smileys. You make a slight fistpump of victory.

So you got home relatively early, right?
Maja said:
yeah my brother took me i guess I ended up drinking a lot while we were talking
Annelise said:
Not usually much of a drinker then, I take it. You held it in pretty well!
Maja said:
i drank about as much as you...

Annelise said:
Sounds like you had fun hanging with me. I'm glad!
Maja said:
yeah thanks for that you made that party one of the best ones I've gone to
You hum to yourself at that for a moment. Really not a party girl huh. Well, shy people. Not everyone can be as amazing as you after all.
Annelise said:
Well that makes me real happy to hear. Life of the party, that's me alright!
Maja said:
do you always do that kind of thing?
You pause. Delicate territory, but fortunately a good reply comes to you pretty quick.
Annelise said:
Not really. I didn't pay that much attention to the shy kids in high school, I was busy getting wasted. I'm turning a new leaf now, since it ended up a bit much.
Maja said:
you must've been popular. i didn't really like high school that much
Annelise said:
I guess I was! You can get pretty far by not really being afraid of anything. And, you know, bear.
Maja said:
are bears really not afraid of being social?
Annelise said:
Honestly it's probably the same as for everyone else, but 'you know, bear' is much snappier. On the other hand, I think it's a confidence thing, and as a bear, I am confident I am the biggest thing around. Well, unless there's a walrus somewhere. Watch out for those guys, they've got a mean streak.
Maja said:
do those really come here and live in the cities?
Annelise said:
Pretty sure they do. I mean, the polar bears are here, at this point I think everyone is represented.
Maja said:
not a lot of polar bears though right?
Annelise said:
It's not quite 'you can count them one hand' bad, but I don't think we're talking more than maybe a hundred in total in Copenhagen, if that. There are some meetings and stuff - my mom goes to them - but polar bears are kind of a solitary lot usually, so there's probably a bunch that haven't connected with the rest of us.
Maja said:
i don't even want to think about how many rabbits there are around...
Annelise said:
Don't worry, you're definitely one of the cutest.
You wait another couple of seconds, and smile satisfied at the string of blushing smileys.
Annelise said:
Speaking of cute, I wanna see how cute you look in the daylight and while sober. Do you wanna hang out? I've got some time this week.
Maja said:
oh, um sure! umm… i'm free most of the time right now... did you have anything in mind?
Well, do you?
Perhaps...

Since your goal is to start dating rabbit girl, you would probably be best off waiting a bit with the meet-up. Space it out a little. You don't
have to though.
