It's Turbin' Time (Library of Ruina Modded/Arknights)

I think researching Abnormalities should be our priority.

Our professional relationships are strained, and we want to gather as many of Turb together. However, I think knowing about Abnos is a great way to solve the former.

If we have something to offer Rhodes and the Library that's to all our mutual interest, that'll help improve relations and maybe make them more willing to lend their people and resources to us in finding the rest of Turb.

It also helps us anticipate Carmen's next moves. She has an information advantage over us, but if we solve that mystery, we'll be able to better react and potentially ruin her plans before she can enact them.

Noticed these two.

Wouldn't it be better to asked X or Abel to go research Abnormality while Siegfried improved his relationship with Rhodes Island? Though I guess without our input Abel might just go do that regardless. Beside that, should we really only focus on one goal instead of working towards multiple?

I'm pretty sure the moratorium is over now. Anyways, this seems like the most in-character thing for Sieg to prioritize. Also, I'm eager to see the rest of the cast.

(Your next goal will be to find a Distortion. You might have to make quite a trip for that. Or perhaps not.)
 
The Light is pretty much everywhere on Terra at this point so playing Distortion Whack A Mole doesn't seem like a good idea, One of the members of Turbulence Office is already en route to Rhodes Island, based on the interludes Turbulence Office has been getting chummy with Rhodes Island without Seig's input, so really I think figuring out how to deal with Carmen is the first priority. Thus researching things related to the Well could prove beneficial. Perhaps not to deal with her immediately, but simply to know in case things get hairy and she needs to be dealt with it'd be good to know how to deal with her. However, I feel like Seig would be more inclined towards reconnecting with his allies.

We'll just be making new monsters with this so I don't see a point
We didn't choose the power to make use of them and generate powers of them and I doubt we can replicate technologies of it. And I don't think we can be a reliable bucket watcher.

It's not about making our own Abnos, but studying how Abnos spawn on Terra and potentially getting a lead on Carmen's plans via the Well.

    • Rereading this quest was a blast. Please do not let the current low thread activity discourage you because I still really love this. And I will continue to vote on this If I catch it
    It's just that currently there isn't much things to discuss and the slow update bleed out A lot of readers.

    I've just not had... all that many ideas recently. Been stumped on how to continue the story. I love writing It's Turbin' Time and I'm sorry I can't exactly keep a more regular schedule, but it's pretty much just that.
