Isn't X completely out of his mind in the mod though? Or at least it appeared that way to me, with his eyes covered with the censored bars, and he talking to the censored abominations as if they were his employees.
Personally I hope for it becoming trash, else I feel Rhodes Island would likely keep a bit of fairy and someone would steal it/produce more fairy.
