You guys are determined to break the setting on your knees. :V I'm wondering what the Protectorate's reaction would be at the appearance of several Triumvirate-level capes.

My combination of powers isn't really that OP or broken, although I can see myself having fun playing it and roleplaying.
Honestly I just ended up picking Infection as my cornerstone and then went for something mildly crazy alongside it. Part of the fun of Power Hub is it means I can vaguely approach the levels of the truly crazy on drawbacks people if I'm near them, while also still being usually significantly more sane power wise.

Even if Infection means I can just walk off most anything so long as I have goo stashed elsewhere.

So, unless the rules are entirely stupid, I have the ability to create a ever-escalating army of parahumans and run really fast.

Every week, I add 5 to my limit of people to give 7 points of power to.

In other words, within a year, I have 250 minions to do my bidding.

200, if I can empower myself with clones, because there Ain't No Rule saying that someone can't be influenced by more than one instance of Kingmaker.

IF. after all, the clones are clones of you, aren't they?
They are.

I did say if. I've mentioned before that I need a ruling either way.

If not, I might take the time to assign myself a personal bodyguard and stack literally anything I think might be useful on them anyway.

Regardless, I'm going to be having at least 200 empowered minions by year's end. MORE, in fact, if Abbadon means that I get extra points and extra minions for Kingmaker.

Thinking about it my goal of a truly Endbringer proof shelter seems very small to these goals of godhood, killing zion, and wiping out villains. Also changed my cape name since it fits more.

This still accepting or does the GM have all the people they're recruiting?
They're likely to pick from all the applications when they're ready. Ain't first-come-first-serve, after all.

To be fair, I didn't specify 'villains'. I'm perfectly fine with folks like Uber and Leet who are only moderately stupid. OTOH, folks like the Teeth, Empire and ABB gotta go. And the Merchants, but since I'm throwing in with them, I'm going to aim more to find what's salvageable and junk what isn't.

I'm going to limit my Merchant Princes to marijuana and no dealing to under-21s for health reasons. Though marijuana is still bad up to 25, under 25 would be a harder sell.

I imagine the exchange will go something like this.

"What? No hard drugs?"

"Dude, have you ever TRIED power? POWER is a hell of a drug."

Well, I'm sure the Dragonslayers will love me.

"What's that? A cape that not only makes Robots but can also make androids that can look human and AIs? Rev up those power suits boys, we got a kid to kill."

Endbringer parties are the best parties, because Endbringer parties don't stop: Create a massive party palace in Brocktown Bay, and open it up to everyone.
International party!: Spread party palace to other Earths, and even the moon.
That totally happened!: Make up a backstory for Scion, Endbringers, and powers in general, and convince the world that it's real.
You don't have to suffer anymore: defeat the other Endbringers

Moral Code: Marquis Had a pretty good thing goiong the unbroken rule was broken, I'm going to do just that. It time for a new march to come to Brockton Bay. No more will three gangs pollute the bay with their twisted ideologies. Crime will be treated as a business. Well Organizes, structured, and with rules of conduct in place.

Queries: Do Replicants multiply numerical limits to the abilities I use? Because if so, I'm going to take Replication with my Kingmaker and have a faction to rival the Empire.
No more than 1 Kingmaker power per person. Ie. Your clone can give you powers from Kingmaker, but they don't stack. Well, unless you have it as second trigger and Abaddon. Then I give you a list of upgrades per ST
Also, how does Kingmaker work with Foreign Element/Replications? Does the point limit/person limit increase, or does the power of the powers I grant increase for Kingmaker? Does the number of copies I can make increase, or does the power of each clone scale with me?
You get a choice for an upgrade:
-Able to stack Kingmaker powers on a person.
-Person limit increase to 50.
-Able to apply to self.

Yes, the chosen one applies to your clones. Yes, this is broken. With the amount of peolpe going for "Third Triggers" I'll have to sort that out after picking and choosing the players. Might bump it up to 5 if I think I can handle it.
I'm wondering if Peak Condition combined with Immunity and Negentropy nullify the Psychic Nosebleed flaw.
No, but as you have a Dead Shard, you get all powers boosted (Second Trigger). You can also give up the Second trigger for a Peak Condition to negate that
@Jaedin Do my replicants count as separate people from myself?
Yes.
Edit:And yes, Dishonorable is a 'drawback', given that it SPECIFICALLY calls itself a drawback.
Yes, confirmed by OP
Are Drop-In and No Identity, though? :O
Drop-in and No Identity are not drawbacks.
Does no Identity still give the 2CP even with drop-in?
Yes
so how does Schroedinger work?
Can perform multiple actions at once, point of reference being a spot in the x,y,z, coordinates. Second trigger removes that restriction.

So many applications. While I want to accept them all, that'll make the GMing hell for me.

I already took Peak Condition but that's really good to know! I didn't know Dead Shard would set all of my powers at Second Trigger. That's pretty awesome. That means I don't need the Second Trigger perk.
Thank you for informing me, Jaedin.

I can already foresee what my character would do if he went rogue from the PRT. Probably go full YoRHa Military state or end up with toybox.

Figure I'll play the charismatic villain here instead of the vigilante I normally would have.

EDIT: Checked My numbers, made sure everything worked and partioned the sections for easier reading. Also I'm pretty sure I'm going to end up in a rivalry with @HoodedHero007
