The difference between attack and defense is enough to give you a Success with Style. The Zaku II dumped too many rounds into the attack, leaving the pilot stuck reloading. You now get a +2 if you attack that Zaku II during your turn.

Well I might as well take advantage of that and make and an attack against that Zaku then. Rolling EW.

Ooh, that's a pretty bad situation. But either way, I'm rolling piloting while Invoking a countermeasure pod to try and keep from getting vaporized before I get trounced by Johnny Ridden.

We've already been hitting way beyond our weight, so the Zekes coming down on us like a bunch of angry hammers is only to be expected.
 
Hey all, I'm in Vegas until Thursday and GMing via iPad has been largely unsuccessful due to the crazy hours. Will get that IC post up by then, maybe earlier if lucky.

Your Countermeasure pods would reduce the accuracy of incoming missiles with your free invocation (+2), reducing the incoming damage to 2 Shifts taken.

That's gonna be 4 Shifts, 3 after your armor absorbs some of the damage.

Your skill of +5, roll of -2, countermeasure use of +2 means it actually cancels out and ties.
 
Nice post, lol at the Zekes thinking that Achilleia's the squadron commander. I'll try to get in a post about her defence (Rocket Boosters OP pls nerf) sometime tomorrow.
