Something similar actually.
More like a gravity wave gun which destablizes the event horizon of the incoming black hole bullet. Since for any plausible weapon system the blackhole needs to be at the submicroscopic scale and needs to be stabilized by technobabble to survive the flight so I can simply use the reverse of that as a point defense combined with a hypersensor to spot it in time regardless of light-lag.
My ships can technically do the same by just fiddling around with their shields but if somebody needs an entire defense system with just that function alone, we can provide.
