[X] "Is the dramatic entrance a normal thing or are you just trying to make a good impression? Cause you certainly haven't been doing that for most of my life. Or you know...even visited me at all."

I have this funny image of being all nice and smiles like an angel or something.

In other words, what would Yui do in this situation? :drevil:

[X] Well, you certainly know how to make an ominous entrance.

Just for the record, aside from knowledge by osmosis, everything I know about this setting comes from here.

Just for the record, aside from knowledge by osmosis, everything I know about this setting comes from @Lichte's very abridged explanation which left me only more confused.

Anyway, it's not like a wdango doesn't fuck canon up even when he actually knows canon, right..?

Escape a plot on our life by sacrificing our body to a lobotomized Eldritch god we grew out of the legs of the progenitor of all life on Earth without telling anyone that gives a shit about us, simultaneously furthering our incredibly fucked up and nihilistic ambition of leaving a tombstone for humanity?

I don't think we have a lobotomized god to sacrifice our body to at the moment, or a plot on our life (that we're aware of) driving us to such measures.

Wait ten minutes, and that'll change...

[] "Yo, old man. Well...I'm here."

This is irreverent in a less obnoxious way than the ominous entrance thing.

[X] Smile a bit. You had a few things to say thought up since you decided to come here, but when faced with your father in real time they just don't seem to work anymore. You don't know his reasons for leaving you and you don't know if your imagination can fully recreate what it must have been like for your father. But you'd like to give him the benefit of a doubt and say 'it must have been hard for him to do'. Since it seems like your father wants to be a part of your life now, you'll do your best to not be awkward.
-[X] "It's nice to finally see you, father."
