It was even on their chunnin exam. they fail if they are caught cheating 5 times in a row, but they are supposed to cheat, there are even fake students with the answers specifically so they can be stolen from.

I have to say, I hope the three rolls are applied in order, cause we can work on Herbology and Social can improve (and Sakura feels like a high DC anyways to bad results) but we rolled well on the Naruto-Research which feels far more finicky...
