Well it narrows down the possibilities, but there's still some questions left; did they develop their Stands naturally or were they shot by an Arrow? Did Zenkichi recruit (and possibly empower) them himself, or were they "gifted" to him by Dio? I can see things going a bunch of ways.

Uh no.
See its messing with the hormones artificially with shady drugs, its a temporal measure for her to adopt the adult form and she almost died while bearing Zenkichi in that.
It puts stress on her body and its probably only thanks to Cardigans that she´s not gotten even more hurt about it, its not like its the main ability of her stand but something she designed with her genius and the skills of her stand.
Its a miraculous thing that she designed it and it worked actually.
Thus why she´s in Loli form most of the time.

I meant more if someone folded together, say, an origami knight, and Suzuna drew a knight over top of the origami, would the drawing be able to possess the paper sculpture? And on a similar note, is the medium's durability effected by the drawing? Like, if she draws the door to a bank safe on a sheet of rice paper, then hangs the sheet over a doorway, would it be as durable as the safe door should be, or would it still be rice paper? For that matter, how are drawings effected by damage to their medium?

That can be explained as her having to keep taking the super growth hormones while pregnant. It doesn't mean that the drugs themselves cause stress on her body, just that taking them while pregnant greatly increased the amount of stress her body was experiencing from being pregnant.
Besides Zenkichi's birth was 15 years ago, even if the drug was the issue it is entirely possible she already fixed the problem years ago, and can now use her adult form freely, or even is in it permanently.

Yeah, plus in pregnancy she would consistently be in a state of hormonal imbalance. Chances are that caused most of the stress.

Here is the current plan we have:
[X] Plan Treasure Hunt Trouble
-[X] Get a box of chocolate gold coins and hide it well within the school. Then make a treasure map and separate it into several pieces, one for each club, each piece containing a clue as to where the treasure is. Next give an interview with the newspaper club and deliver the map pieces to each club upon the release of the article in the newspaper. In the interview tell people about the map pieces and how they lead to a box of sweet gold and promise an extra reward for every map piece collected. The winners will get an extra chocolate gold coin for each piece of the map they have by the end of the day.
--[X] After the interview, have the entire Devil's Council spread out to scout out the various people who participate. See if Shiranui wants to join in as a commentator and start making a list of potential recruits.

I haven't thought of that. I would say: Wuxia for Sugar, drama for Suzuna and animation for Rica. But yours are also good because nobody would expect that.

I'd assumed that since we had 7th Stand User Stands here, this was one of the timelines that came into existence because of the whole time acceleration thing and messing up the whole everyone knows their fate because someone was outside the time acceleration when it happened thus screwing things up causing the timeline to become something like it was before only with stuff and people who shouldn't be there.
