Alright while I probably won't have time to go through the remainder of the update in regards to the consequences of this vote. Well beyond Cybele burning her entire paycheck in a single day, and probably starting with some bad spending habits.
In short the mental conditioning Neo Zeon put into the Ple clones to obsessively care about their "Master" vs a child with supernatural empathy running high off Disneyland where everyone is happy associating that with MacDaniels. I'm personally betting on the burger chain winning that one, and won't be at all surprised if Sicilia works out a deal to get funding to support Londo Bell through putting advertisement for MacDaniels on her MA, which she really just did to add some fun to her machine, or the marketing guy said she can eat all the burgers she wants at any MacDaniels.
Honestly it'll be interesting to see how Dr Bidan reacts to Sicilia being over the moon for a burger chain.

So in order to work out what the consequences for Sicilia we need to consider the environment in which she was uh well designed to inhabit, and the world view that was expect from her by Neo Zeon. Since Neo Zeon was a movement founded by the Zabi lackeys who feared the consequences of their actions such that they fled to Axis meaning all of the Ple clones are based around the concept of having a "Master" to follow alongside a whole of mental conditioning* to view life from the perspective Neo Zeon felt would make them useful tools, and you can see this in how pretty much all the Ple clones have something equivalent to a "Master" even if the terminology changes to adhere to the expectations of the individual.

What did Crux Dogatie, and/or the Federation make Neo Zeon do all the work in their group project to drop a colony on something via finding a vault of Ple clones that come with a stash of MS/MA to give them?
Alternatively Luke Walker might've decided to go down the crazy route for revenge, and volunteer for whatever CyberNewtype enhancements the Federation has available all in the name of bringing "Order" to the Earth Sphere.

I'll admit this got a chuckle out of me.
Honestly the best approach to handling this would be for Cybele to get to know Team Alex, and bond over working out strategies for the squads to take on Amuro without casualties.
Because practice against Amuro should help with whatever else Newtype related is thrown their way, and nothing says Oldtypes can't fight smarter not harder by making use of the fact that a Psycommu can pick up their thoughts to call in funnel fire support from the unit MA. This just requires some practice to work out the kinks in the process.
