Fix the moon, teleport Scion and Hero!Eden to someplace on the far side of Jupiter, Hijack command of the Endbringers and set them to fixing Africa.
 
It occurs to me one way of "fixing everything" is to hook Piggot into Scion as a secondary administrator so she'd have the shards and powers to fix everything herself.

She would also have no fucking clue how, but that's not our problem.

What, about power levels? Entirely serious. End series manga Sailor Moon is ridiculously FTL, can resurrect entire galaxy, and is generally OP as f*ck. She's also an eldrich abomination in human skin being an avatar of... I forget, I think it was cosmos itself or something like that. Early series Sailor Moon casually and unintentionally jumped into orbit and than safely descended back to Earth with no damage - that shows her physical enhancement levels.

Yes. But I am also now giving you guys more freedom in how to get wishes done since there's mechanical oversight now. I am only using the gaps in your wish specifications to provide chaos. And I will be rolling for how many details your wish granting solution can include in the next vote. Something like a default 2 key details + d6 details. And a free re-roll can be used to boost that, except you guys have none right now. More information forthcoming in next vote.
 
Hmm, what other options are there? Hooking Piggot into local Eden might work, though it's unlikely to result in SpaceWhaleYuri, which makes it quite pointless. One could, in principle, give her some replicating nanobots. I generally like the elegance of slipping Zion an Indigo Power Ring. It's energetically cheap, I think.

My current vote would be some version of stopping time for everyone except Piggot. This is elegant in that it fulfills the wish in two ways. First, it literally fixes everything (except Piggot, who clearly doesn't need fixing) in place. Second, it gives Piggot the opportunity to fix anything and everything she want. She's got time.
 
I still say we just repair things that are broken on earth. physically and mentally and that's it. including bodies.

Naw, hook her into SCION, she wants to fix everything, and that includes the ongoing destruction Scion and Eden are causing in their fight.

So if she takes over some of Scion's shards, Scion would be breaking less of everything and she's now the Super Parahuman.

-Replace The Africa with one ORT resides.
-"Fix" The Endbringer to be working again.
