I thought we were keeping them as tenements as the other options come with slight downsides towards reputation; as taverns, brothels, and gambling dens are seen as low class. We could turn them into businesses down the line but without trade contacts we won't have the capability to set up and run anything.

    Additionally, if I remember the original post correctly, the other businesses would periodically require an action to run. They would also be much more subject to the whims of reputation, economics, events, etc ...

    I hope the weather makes no trouble with the movement, up here all is white and Germany is as usually shocked and barely prepared that there is snow in winter.
