(Insert Huge Plan Here)
Not bothering to choose the 'hanging out with Totomaru' sub-option as Agnes will already be spending plenty of time with him as he shows her the ropes in basic questing over the next 6 months, which is basically a social option in of itself. And yes, Agnes really should be questing since she's joined the Guild, if only to learn the general procedures, get used to it and make money to afford her bills, and to do her job in general. Might as well introduce herself to the obvious outlier of the Guild outside of questing, which should be interesting.
I'm having Agnes train herself up to basic competency both physically (via weapon-fighting since she's already "Fit as a fiddle") and magically since she's in desperate need of more potent spells and more well-developed spells.
I chose the training option twice.Sorry but it says you can only choose 6 options for now. You've selected way too many.
I chose the training option twice.
EDIT: to @Bladesguy 's edit
I still only chose 6 total base options. x2
Hey, if anime's ever taught me anything, then the blue haired girl definitely has a tragic backstory and would make for a powerful potential team member and friend who occasionally gets a power-up or two. Also a cleaning Witch's job is never done, she must clean for it is her calling.Ahh, my bad then. I do like your training ideas though! I'm a big fan of learning to fight using those weapons. Honestly, I'm half tempted to switch to supporting your plan. I'm just not that interested in talking to the blue haired girl or cleaning the guild just yet.
Yeah, of course. Guild Master's a pretty chill dude, and Agnes will be forced to explore town sooner or later through quests, or we could use future actions that aren't in a time-skip.[X] Plan Taking Out The Trash
Gah, fine you've convinced me. Though I do really want to spend some time exploring the town and hanging out with our guild master later.
So.... Grey?
I think it's meant more along the line of having a white outline and black interior or vice versa.
Okay, I like this plan a lot. But I admit that I am kind of missing a good way of moving around. Sure, the sliding is a way, but I did like my idea for flying on Agnes' brooms a lot.
Added in something along those lines, and replaced one of the acidity/basicity threshold options. Probably not what you necessarily intended, but it's much more basic (and therefore probably a much lower DC), it synergizes with the other conjuring cleaning implements strengthening options, and it could be used to move said objects in a similar manner without her riding it depending on Agnes' mental discipline/multitasking ability. As your plan stands right now, I wouldn't be comfortable having Agnes attempt it without more than the single option I'm devoting to my more generalized training plan for "flight" as the DC would probably be much higher considering Agnes' current level of magical proficiency, sorry about that.Okay, I like this plan a lot. Would you be willing to switch something (maybe one of the doubled options?) out for it?
If yes, I have the training plan noted here:
Though I put each step in a separate line for ease of parsing, you can just pull them together if you want to take it.Summon broom
-> alter composition so it can support your weight
-> telekinetic grasp on the broom exists, so floating should be possible
-> improve telekinetic grasp to get up and down and maneuver (would still be slow)
-> practice maneuvering in the air and staying on the broom
-> alter broom property to make one or a few bristles emit a bit of thrust (test on the ground)
-> alter broom property to make all bristles emit thrust (a bit from each bristle) (test on the ground)
-> adjust the property to be turned on and off at will
-> practice flying at higher speeds
-> alter property so speed can be adjusted in increments instead of on/off (if not already there)
-> test speed limits and ethernano-cost, work on making it more efficient
Generally, I just feel flight is possible and something incredibly useful. So I would like for Agnes to get it.
Huh, can't say I thought about using sponges in spell creation, nice idea! Though you should probably fill out your spell section so that you're using all 12 of your spell learning/improving opportunities, unless you meant to put '*number's after the ones that are listed.
I did, thank you.
It is better than nothing, I guess... but you do remember that each step in such a plan gets its own DC it has to pass, right? They are lower with more basic steps, which is why I put an 11-step plan for flight; sure, more points of getting stuck, but also likely lower DCs for each of them.Added in something along those lines, and replaced one of the acidity/basicity threshold options. Yeah, I see it as more of a stepping stone to your end-game, as even if the multiple steps lower the DC the base DC would still be higher due to some of the alterations in the steps (specifically the added thrust outside of the base telekinesis, which implies aerokinesis of some sort) and even if all the DCs are like 20 I wouldn't want to tempt fate too much.It is better than nothing, I guess... but you do remember that each step in such a plan gets its own DC it has to pass, right? But yeah, let's see how it goes and maybe proper flight can be on the roster next time.
