I think talking to Cait while she's drunk isn't the time to change her thoughts on an old topic but to get her unfiltered option. The enforcer choice isn't going to do anything because she likely won't remember what happened.

The quest has been pushing to change Caitlyn joining the Enforcers for arcs. If this is enough - that's gravy.
But finding out why unfiltered is extremely useful in finding alternatives. Hence asking if there are any alternatives along with the why she's so set on the job.
Caitlyn's has had all three members of her family united on disapproving of the career for years, if for different reasons. (I will note that Caitlyn presumably has had her stance shifted from interaction with Jinx as she's being an idealistic reform from the inside person). This is not a small boulder to turn around even if we have signs of it shifting

Yes. The QM has confirmed that Caitlyn never figured out that the punch was spiked before she'd had far to many to care. Caitlyn is neither a Lush and I don't think she has intimacy problems so much as terrible luck in relationships.
