Gendo decided that his first necessity was a right hand man or women who could deal with the petty little bullshit.
The last thing he needed was no buffer between himself and an angry parent.
A list of applications and resumes appeared right in front of him, and he glanced them over.
There were a few promising applications, a few with prior experience with teaching...supernatural...children.
Goodwitch and Dumbledore felt best.
"Let's start at the top of the list..." Gendo stated, picking up a file and looking at the name.
"Bruce Wyane, the Batman." Gendo said out loud while arching his eyebrow.
Gendo picked up the phone, and called the number provided.
It rung twice, and it answered.
"Bruce Wayne." A young voice answered, and Gendo frowned.
"Hello Mr. Wayne, this is Gendo Ikari, the Principal of the School you applied to."
"Applied is a bad way of putting it Mr. Ikari, a God essentially gave me a choice between this or dying." Gendo was almost surprised.
"Basically the same way he got me to accept this job Mr. Wayne. Thankfully, no one is going to die if they come to the interview and honestly try to get the job. Being hired is not required."
"We can't do this over the phone?" Mr. Wayne asked, and Gendo just replied no.
"Alright, when would be a good time?" Mr. Wayne asked, and Gendo set the time.
Eventually he called all of them and set up interviews with them, and drank more coffee.
Tomorrow was going to be a nightmare.

"I am the leader of the Gotei 13, and have taught thousands of young spirits to become warriors." Gendo hummed, and turned away from Mr. Yamamoto.
"I see here that you are also called 'Old Man Genocide.'....care to explain?"

Gendo closed the door behind the Glow Cloud, wondering what he should do with this lizard.

Elizabeth Greene smiled at Gendo as they arraigned for coffee later on this Saturday, she might not have gotten the job, but she was very happy with no longer being infective.
She also looked much better then her picture when she tried to actually look ready for an interview.

"Get Out." Gendo ordered, holding the Gravity Gun in his hands as death himself slowly backed out of the room.
Saying that his wife's soul in another universe was eaten to make a scythe was NOT an acceptable hiring tactic.

Captain Garp was interesting, war hero in a world with the supernatural.
He didn't feel right, but he would be noted.

Bruce Wayne almost got the job to be honest, but then that would have brought questions of the school using Wayne enterprises money, corporate bribing and brainwashing.
That sort of publicity was not wanted, but he did make a donation to the school. A very nice donation.

Phil Coulson also almost got the job, his resume was very impressive. The only issue was the fact that he might try to raise the children for the Avengers.

"That's a nice lizard you got." Mr. Norris said, as it tried, and failed to bite though his skin.
"Thank you, it was a gift, but I do not think it would be appropriate to have around the children."
The lizard disappeared from view, and Gendo suddenly remembered a fist coming out of nowhere and punching it out of a window, then another fist fixing it.
There was no way in hell he was hiring someone capable of breaking reality like that so casually.
"I already know the answer Mr. Ikari, and I thank you for your time." Mr. Norris said, tilting his hat and walking out of the room.
Well. That happened.

"So, I see that you are a war hero from both World Wars, obey the rules, have a record of teaching and controlling a magical school, teaching and leading a freedom fighting organization, and are generally a pacifist?"
The old man before him smiled as a holy bird, a Phoenix of all things, ate pistachios on his shoulder.
"Yes, all of that is true."
"I also see that your school, Hogwarts, has four houses? And you act impartially according to all of the non-bias reports." Gendo said, and he considered what Dumbledore could bring to the table.
That magic was useful.
"I also see you put children in danger all the time."
"But what is often unsaid is that magical children where you are from are much more durable then normal children, and the younger ones have their magic protecting them, while the older students should be skilled enough that a fall could not possibly hurt them." Gendo considered this, and nodded his head.
"I see, but we would have to work on your...choice of clothing. Hire a secretary, she will pick out your new wardrobe." Gendo said, getting up and shaking Dumbledore's hand.
He was easily the best person on the list.
Gendo looked at the list of people for Head Assistent, and made some phone calls.
