Our question as members of town right now is also if we gain anything from lynching any of the 3 right now . I am not so sure because it is honestly to out there to be a regular play I would say.

Re: protecting people, the Mafia have a roleblock. So if they wanted, they could block Shadell to force through a kill. Unless the roleblock has some weird drawback that makes them unable to block doctors, Ondine or Shadell could be killed through a doc protection. So, if there is two docs in the game, we should probably decide who of the two we want the other doc to protect, ensuring that they can't be killed even through Shadell being blocked.

Shadell is a target for the roleblock, but the other Doc is an unknown and we should keep it that way. We also shouldn't announce night strategies where the scum can read them. We should trust them to figure this out individually.

I don't think so. If the three of them (or two of the three) are scum pulling a clever trick, then we would have basically identified the entire scum team. If that is the case, we can afford to wait while other information accumulates. This would be a bold and very chancy scum move, I think it is more likely this was a real error on the part of towny players. So I think right now we should provisionally take this at face value. We can always circle back to them if we can't find scum among the remainder of the players and hopefully in the mean time any town investigatives will be checking them out. If they are all scum, they can't Lawyer enough to protect all three of them consistently and they don't know if there is a real tracker so they can't count on roleblocking them.

If we take as a given those three are town we have eight other prospects, seven once each townie subtracts themself
  1. LostDeviljho - Town Watcher (Voted)
  2. Shadell - provisional Town Doc
  3. ondine - provisional Town ?
  4. InterstellarHobo - Provisional Town Tracker
  5. QTesseract
  6. Young Pyromancer
  7. Zaealix
  8. Totadileplayz
  9. Tykan
  10. mesonoxian - Town ?
  11. Scia
  12. Swarmingu
@QTesseract , @Swarmingu anybody stand out to you as likely scum?

I am somewhat suspicious of @Zaealix , but there is nothing I can put my finger on yet.

Anyone other than Z you finding suspicious?

I would also take Toto out of the PoE personally.

No idea. I've been suspicious of Zaelix somewhat, but nothing concrete yet. I think there is at least 1 scum among the silent players, though since they rarely talk it means we can't make sure either.

Stop putting so much expectation on me guys. What am I supposed to do, use oracle bones?

For real though, I'm sure there is at least one scum among the silent group and another one pretending with a townie role, simply because tradition.

And the third? Is it you? Is that the position you're speaking from?

If we remove those that are confirmed as town power roles, and our dead town member

Lost:
Swam, Meso,IH,QT
QT:
Ty,ondine,Total
IH:
Shadel, Lost
Shadel:
Cy
No vote:
Scia

QT jumped on the vote when the extension happend and did not vote beforehand which seems a bit unlikely for scum as he could have vote earlier and more secure
I did not vote because I was asleep and missed most of the debate at the end.
So we have our 3 confirmed town members (green) spread out somewhere so we should focus on those bandwagons that had a stronger presence.
It makes sense for mafia to ensure that someone gets lynched that isn't htem so looking at the two winning bandwagons is I would say important. So looking at Pink or Yellow does make sense as the mafia cluster
But , either two of them voted for the same person, and they did not bring in a third or they split their vote.
If they split their vote it means that one Pin and one Yellow are likely to be Scum.
And it makes sense for scum not to vote in lockstep here so I would assume that by a neutral reading one of the Bold/cursive people is scum.
And yes I included myself there because I have no way to profe that I am not scum and leaving it out would make me more suspiscious

Cluster A (most likely)

CLusterB(most likely)

Cluster:C (possible )

Cluster: D (possible )

Cluster: F (unlikely)

Apologies @Scia , but could I ask you to rephrase the thing with the clusters?
I'm slightly having trouble wrapping my head around your train of thought and conclusions there.

Okay :
We know that 3 votes are from town so we can ignore them in trying to build a profile
Scum wants to vote out a town member.
So it makes sense for Scum to vote in a way that ensues that a non scum gets hit and out.
So I looked at how voting was concentrated.
we got 2 people with 2 votes each (beyond confirmed town)

So Scum could either have voted with 2 members for it, or aranged stuff so that a non scum would be upvoted first without them voting all for that person.
THe only moment where all 3 scum voted for a person is if QT is one.
But considering how late that vote was I consider that unlikely
So it is more likely that 2 out of 3 scum voted for the same person.
Pink Pink, or Yellow Yellow in that case being the colors signifying it.

If
Pink Pink/Yellow Yellow (2 scum voted for 1 person ) is true
then either the remaining scum voted for a 1 vote person, or voted for the other voting block
(Cluster A to D)
Alternative they spread their vote around to prevent being pinned down (Cluster e)
Or voted for the 1 votes to let the town members do the kill with only a bit of nudging (f and G)

And the third? Is it you? Is that the position you're speaking from?
How come? I'm just saying those are the pattern from other mafia games I played. Maybe there is no scum among the silent players, or maybe all of them are scums. However the chance is good a scum hid among them. Even in previous mafia game I played in SV I tend to be suspicious with the silent players. I just don't want to name names for reason as "they don't reply that often."

We also know that Lost is town. Since LostDeviljho was killed day one and as such we know for certain their alignment.

@Scia was there any particular reason you left out Young Pyromancer?

[X] Vote QTesseract

@QTesseract you have one post for this entire day, saying you know you look suspicious but will try to post more today. You have the fewest posts of any player but Zaealix (who just subbed in). You are also a vet.

I think the Cyri/Zaealix slot is overall more suspicious, but I really don't want to vote for someone who did us the favor of subbing in on their first day and largely on the basis of their predecessor's play.

I am totally willing to be convinced to vote elsewhere if you make the argument, but just lurking gives us zero information and can't be tolerated since it makes scum effectively uncatchable.
