There does seem to be a (possibly ironic) link between the obviousness of a power choice and its utility, what with the explicit description of the brightest and most visible power being "minimal enhanced vision". Also, when I say intelligence, I refer to the ability of the space we are in to recognize and carry out requests. This is in no way guaranteed to be the same as the Progenitor mentioned.
