OOC Aside: This isn't a life-or-death vote or anything; she was originally just going to settle on manifesting before I decided that since you didn't actually vote to make Sir Piggy, I should at least let you vote on possibly the biggest consequence of making him.
This person/being is going to manifest because of Sir Piggy, and they're going to be acting under Magical Girl rules. Permanently.

Reality-chan? We've been doing unmentionable things to the fabric of reality...

Hmm, I wonder if she's a moon. Specifically, the moon of the earth that the twins/triplets currently have avatars upon. Talking about the twins saying they're 'like me but extended' makes me think she's a space object of some sort. And being so sleepy and having that association with cats certainly makes me think moon.

Reality-chan? The Planetary Consciousness? The moon? Whatever the case, I want it. The triplets causing something like that to happen accidentally is the most them thing ever.

So what's causing this exactly?

My kneejerk is that this is Bastet though, most of it fits but I'm not exactly sure between the Piggy comments and the three lines with her being fanned to having her hand held when she's lost, but I don't exactly know her that well.

I can't really think of any other straight out cat god(desse)s off the top of my head either.
The Greeks tended to associate Bastet with Artemis, which might neatly marry the possible references to being an astral body and the cats thing. Hecate also had some association with the Moon, and could turn into a cat.

I got "Inertia."

Considering the update title...
That's...probably intentional. And may not actually be her name. Or, at least, not the name she used in the time when she was worshipped.
"You thought it was a goddess, but it was me, Inertia!"
...I always wonder if people who use that line actually know what the original context was when I see it. Not saying you don't, mate, but it does change the meaning somewhat.

(If you don't, but are curious, I suggest you watch the Anime, it makes getting through Part 1 so much easier (though even then, Episode 3 is where it truly starts to go interesting places, IIRC). Part 2 is where things really pick up, and is quite easy to get through in manga form, if that's to your tastes. Best translation is usually the Colored version. The anime by David Productions is also excellent. Like, pretty much the whole way through.)
Define Goddess. Concepts given form would still be divine beings of a sort if nothing else.
I mean, that's nearly what Beyond are, minus the form. Though they do admittedly choose their concepts.
