Mission - At the Hospital
[X] Head down to the hospital.
- [X] Openly. Make sure anyone watching knows that someone else is keeping an eye on things.

You scowl at the images for a moment, then sigh and shake your head. Being stuck up here is boring, and if you're going to go down there you probably don't need to tell the captain, especially since the watchers might not be hostile. If they are a problem - well, you'll be right there, won't you? You stretch and look around; everyone is still pointlessly busy. You slide out of your chair and walk over center of the room.

"Captain Sentra?" He twitches, startled into alertness, and you mask a grin as you wait for him to calm down. "Captain, you have some manner of getting to the planet, right?" He frowns and nods.

"Yes, there's a teleportation pod in the hallway. Is something wrong?" You shake your head.

"No, I don't think so. But it's boring up here, and if anything does go wrong, my responsibility is to take care of the people down there first, so I thought I'd get a better feel for the area by going there." His frown deepens and he scratches at his cheek, but eventually he nods.

"Yes, that's sensible. Hmm …." He glances at his computer, then around the room before levering himself to his feet. Most of the crew notice, but only one catches the captain's eye. "Ahh~. I've been sitting too long, anyway. I'll be just a moment. She wants to visit the surface." The dour crewman nods before returning to his console, and Captain Sentra gives you a feeble smile before leading you back into the hallway.

"Could you put me down in front of the hospital?" Captain Sentra frowns again.

"You'll be in plain sight of everyone …." You nod slowly and he glowers at your condescension. You shrug lightly.

"I rather want people to know that there's someone keeping an eye on things. And if people are misled by my childish appearance, well -" Sentra recoils at the murderous grin you give him, "- then anyone who does try anything will come in fat, dumb, and happy, and I'll … deal with them appropriately." Shaken, the captain nods and guides you to the teleporter. He motions you inside and taps at the keyboard before stepping back and nodding.

"Good luck, Flandre Scarlet. I hope nothing happens." He raises a hand in farewell as you're surrounded by light - and when it vanishes you're standing on the ground in front of the hospital. Right, first thing - you take out a parasol and snap it up to shade yourself from the sun. Then, and only then, do you turn around and smile at the people watching you. Most are surprised by your sudden appearance, gawking uselessly … but the watcher girl, if your eyes aren't deceiving you, is frowning. Now why would she be doing that? A mystery for later … because right now you have a mission! You turn and walk into the hospital building. A couple of the recruits are out of the caretaking area; you smile at them and bob your head as you pass, closed parasol over one shoulder. You swing through the first wing without issue, nodding at the older recruits manning the cooking lines and giving the eating patients a once-over. One of the recruits frowns at you, but neither of them try stopping you. Shame, shame.

As you head to the next wing - the group's sleeping quarters - you release your clones and have them move invisibly to good watchpoints. After a cursory examination of the common sleeping rooms you head back for the interior courtyard and the hospital proper. You pause and take a deep breath, savoring the invigorating scent of blood and death, luxuriating the sensations of fear and pain and worry. Some of the patients stare worriedly at you; a reassuring smile fails to do its job, only making them more nervous, so you simply pass through to the working area. Oh, it's so delicious in here! And then Lutecia sees you and freezes, mouth open. You walk toward her, grinning, and pat her head before the old woman she's working with can scold her.

"Now, now, Lulu. Close your mouth, you look like a catfish!" She blushes and claps one of her hands to her mouth, and you giggle again. "Don't worry - we're both on duty right now, so you should get back to work." She shakes herself, nodding, and quickly turns back to the patient. The woman gives you a searching look, but you simply bow your head and move on. After you're out of normal human earshot you hear her ask Lutecia who you are.

"A friend," is the reply, and you smile happily. Even the old woman's admonition that Lutecia shouldn't let herself be distracted isn't enough to curb your joy in the slightest. Unfortunately, this area is probably the only one you can't really stay in; for some reason, people start getting nervous when you start licking your lips and looking at them like they're delicious, tasty food. But what to do ….

What do you do?

[ ] Irregular patrols, as much for appearance's sake as for anything else.

[ ] You haven't seen the administrative section of the hospital, such as it is. You should probably talk to Angela while you're at it.

[ ] Find a comfortable spot in front of the hospital.
- [ ] That girl is still watching; go talk to her.

Who knows, we will probably run into someone else important with this vote.

[X] Irregular patrols, as much for appearance's sake as for anything else.

The hospital isn't exactly large, so patrols aren't worth a whole lot, but it's also not the most well-defended building you've ever seen. It's not the worst, but you're pretty sure it also wasn't designed to be the most indefensible building, either. Regardless, patrolling isn't going to do much apart from making people happy that someone's doing something, especially since your clones are still positioned in good lookout positions, but at least it'll keep you busy.

People watch you as you make your first patrol, but you ignore them as you focus on the stonework and the building itself. Your clones, of course, peer intently at the watchers - the girl that gathered your attention earlier, of course, is among them, and she seems … upset? Curious, that … almost as interesting as the construction of the building, which dispenses with mortar as far as you can tell. It doesn't seem like magic is holding it together, either, although someone could have fused the stones together. Well, it'll be something you can look at after your first pass.

You space your patrols irregularly, and wait inside so no one outside knows exactly when you'll appear, but after an hour and a half, as you're finishing up a patrol, you see the woman Captain Sentra identified as the commander - black hair, nervous expression, not overly tall. She looks like she was woken up recently, and her uniform is a bit disheveled. Another individual helps her fix it, even though she's already in view of the few watchers. You spin your parasol idly as you wait for her to finish making herself presentable; a mixture of worry and anger crosses her face when she sees you watching her, but a few moments later her uniform is as good as it'll get without being replaced, and she takes a deep breath before starting to march toward you, face slightly pale. Naturally, a crackling boom in the sky overhead draws everyone's attention. You look up to see a head-sized machine floating in the air above the building. After a moment, it projects several images of a severe-looking woman with blue eyes; her hair is either red or brown, but with it stretched tight against her head, it's difficult to be sure. She smiles as predatorily as she can.

"Hello, good citizens! You may not recognize me, but I remember you. We were here the other day, remember? Well, we told you that those liars from Mid-Childa can't protect you, and we're here today to prove it! We've already dealt with their picket ship in orbit, and we'll be down in a moment to take good care of their little relief operation. See you soon!" The image winks out and people finally start to react. Angela sways before collapsing, curling up and holding her knees as her assistant tries to move her. The girl who was watching the hospital abandons any pretense of being normal and simply bolts, sprinting away in the same direction the boy went earlier. Suspicious, certainly … but not necessarily a problem.

Of course, you can't help but wonder what she meant by 'dealt with.' If they did anything to Satsuki, you are going to be very put out. One of your clones tenses, waiting your command to follow the girl - or catch her and bring her back. You look into the sky and are rewarded with a gleaming star moving against the bright sky. Your hand twitches - it's no meteor, but it's not like that matters to you as you look … there. The incoming ship's eye, fragile, frail, like all of its kind … you resist the temptation to simply break the incoming ship. Maybe you should go up and meet it? That would be interesting, and you probably shouldn't let it land - someone is liable to do something stupid like try to help anyone you don't kill outright. Your eyes narrow, your wings twitch eagerly, and you wet your lips with your tongue.

What do you do?

[ ] You've done this before; break the ship and get everything back to normal.
- [ ] Have a clone track the girl to see where she goes and what she says.
- [ ] Have a clone bring her back so you can interrogate her.

[ ] Go and meet the ship in the sky.
- [ ] Attempt negotiations.
- [ ] Make your way inside and kill everyone.
- [ ] Make your way inside and kill almost everyone.
- [ ] Make your way inside and make a deliberate attempt to take prisoners.

[ ] Wait for it to get here.
- [ ] Attempt negotiations.
- [ ] Kill everyone who comes out.
- [ ] Subdue everyone who comes out.
- [ ] Make your way inside and kill everyone.
- [ ] Make your way inside and kill almost everyone.
- [ ] Make your way inside and make a deliberate attempt to take prisoners.

[X] Wait for it to get here.
-[X] Attempt negotiations.
--[X] If it doesn't work slaughter everyone but the leaders.
---[X] Try to capture that girl and boy from earlier too, they may hold compromising information about TSAB.

We will at least try to negociate if it doesn't work we slaughter everyone and keep the leaders for interrogation. As for the boy and girl they were very obviously spies and whatever they wanted, they probably have it now and are escaping.

It wouldn't matter since if negotiations fail, they will pretty much be hostile. Perhaps wait until they fire first for PR?
Wrong. You don't want the public to see a blood bath. Right now, we could explode the ship and none would know why it happened, only that it did.

Incidentally, the commander Flandre is supposed to listen to IS here. We could always ask how she want to deal with that ship.

I guess, completly forgot about him since I last read the update and it was not in the original options.

[X] Ask for orders from your superior
-[X] If possible check on Satsuki and make sure she is safe.

It's a her.

Also, this IS a terrorism situation. In this kind of event, you gotta be extra careful about appearances. Unless you want the whole place to fear the TSAB instead of respecting it. And for others terrorists to use that as a PR point, which we do not want, I believe.

Pretty sure we can listen in through clones and stuff, so following her lets us maybe interrogate her at a later time through the clone, while still knowing where she's gone and what she did.

I feel that vote is a bit... monotone, however. Allow me.

[X] Well, the commander is here. You can always ask how she want that issue dealt with, so long as it's not stupid.

Last part of that first line is because I doubt Flandre will be listening much if an inane plan is proposed to start with. But if she's given permission to deal as seen fit, well...

And second line because I forget how far clones can be away from us. Since there are TSAB people here, they can deal with her as needed.

Edit: Besides, we already breached orders a bit by coming down, even if it proved to be a good call. And hey, weren't we trying to not appear like a mindless berserker? Lutecia is around too.

Sorry about that, I'm not really a great english speaker so I kind of have a simpler vocabulary. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

-[X] Have a clone bring her back sosomeone can interrogate her.

Honestly tempted to just Break it, but trying to not murder everything is nice.

That might not be an enemy ship - if they've hijacked/thrown down a TSAB vessel, breaking it would be bad. What happened to the picket ship anyway?
