Oh yeah, since Battle Network and Star Force are suppose to share the same timeline... Any elements that'll serve as "Call Forwards"? Mean, Forte doesn't exactly need Tribe King power (even though Gregar Tribe King sounds fascinating)...
Oh, and there was the updated re-release of BN1 that added a time-traveling Navi from SF that Geo chased after. Though honestly, given the huge time gap, not many opportunities for Call Forwards.
Ah, I just realized: what's the deal regarding the Oracles from Neptunia? Histoire regularly makes appearances, and I suppose the others could be treated as assistants/etc that handle all the Cyberworld business stuff related to their Goddess.
Hmm... I actually hope Nepgear/Uni/Rom & Ram don't exist yet, purely because it sounds interesting having them be created during the story. Not necessarily part of any storyline, but more proof that the world is changing & growing outside Forte.
Does make me wonder about Uzume, Plutia, and Peashy though... Wait, would IF and Compa be NetNavis too? Compa would likely be a Healing type, whereas IF might be an Official NetBattler? Very least she'd definitely wander around Cyberworld doing missions and quests.
Hey, would IF have her Flame Awakening form from Superdimension? Not sure how that'll work as a NetNavi, but transformations and super modes are common enough in Mega Man so...
Oh, regarding Forte... Is there nobody in Cyberworld who knows who he really is, or at least know about the "dangerous Navi who nearly destroyed Cyberworld"? You'd think the UnderNet would have rumors of the "legendary AutoNavi".

I mean its kinda hard to have a reputation when the situation was SCILabs creates monster Internet casing a panic for about a week before Alpha was destroyed, by a navi that went into a coma intimidatly after. So while there might be dudes saying they were involved most would just assume that it was Some GoveNet battler that did it. Plus after a while stuff becomes a event so now Alpha would just be known as the like the First Cyber beast or like Grengars prototype if they believe the attack was intentional.

Well... with Mighty Number 9 in the mix, let's just say that the new technologies of the future will not be the same ones as canon.
Heh, now I'm imagining Doctor Blackwell and Doctor Wily punching each other over who can make the best robots.
Oh there are some people alright, and yes there are some rumors about Alpha and the Navi that destroyed him. But is more like an old tale now. Something you say to the newcomers of the UnderNet to scare them or make them go at wild chases to wasted their time.

Future Technologies: Wouldn't that mostly consist of Copy Robots being more commonplace and advanced? Mighty No. 9's standout technology is Xels, so that's a radically different approach than Star Force's EM Wave Technology. Well, guess there's a bit of overlap with Matter Waves, but still.
Nonetheless, with Copy Robots and Xels being present, that means we can have Real World manifestations like in the anime. Why do I suddenly feel like this'll result in minor Medabots elements?
Old Tale: So... how long until we get someone saying "The AutoNavi isn't real you idiot!" whilst Forte just casually walks by? Cause I feel like this'll result in people dismissing the possibility that Forte is really the "Legendary AutoNavi".
Mean, he actually does lack his Get Ability program, but Orchestra and Concerto emulate it enough that most people should be convinced. He's an "old tale", so unless they have undeniable evidence, it is easy to dismiss Forte's Virus Mimicky as an exaggeration.

Forte's frustration is interrupted by a message window appearing right in front of him. Without thinking too much about it and having no idea about what else to do he press the accept button on the screen.
"Hello, Forte!" And suddenly a very cheerful Neptune appears in the window.
"I finally have some free time and decided that it was the perfect moment to do your social link!" She exclaims while throwing her arms in the arm and some confetti blows up behind her.
"..." Forte simply closes the connection.
*Beep, Beep*
A few seconds later a new window appears.
Forte lets it beep a couple of times more before accepting the call again.
"Please go out with me!" This time the small Navi is on her knees with tears coming out of her eyes like waterfalls. "Tron went to some boring conference and I'm so lonely!"
"..." Forte just stares at the window, impassive.
"Please? You wouldn't leave such a lovely and pure maiden like me all alone, right? Who knows what horrible things could happen to me!?" She asks, giving the biggest puppy dog eyes she can make.
Forte just raises an eyebrow at her, "don't you have anybody else to bother?"
"...No," Neptune confess, her eyes looking at the ground with sadness.
Forte leaves an exasperated sigh, "very well, I could use a… break." He says the last part gritting his teeth.
"Yay! Let me give you the direction of an incredible new place! No, wait! You're not ready for the cat's cafe. Oh! I know!" Neptune suddenly jumps to her feet and starts making preparations, her tears long forgotten.

The Digi-Food Plaza is one of the more popular places of the Net at the moment. Started as an experiment to further remove the ever blurring line that separates the Net World and the Real World, the Plaza possess a program that allows the Navis inside it to emulate taste, allowing them to eat food just like humans.
After allowing access to civilians it didn't take too much time until Navis from all around the world decided to visit the place and taste food for the first time in one of its many, many restaurants.
"Well? What do you think?" Neptune asks as she presents the location that she chose in the end.
"Sharkman's Fishtacular Sushi Stand," Forte reads the stand signboard with a dry tone.
And then starts walking out.
"Wait, wait, wait!" Neptune yells as she grabs Forte's hand. "This is a really good place, I promise! And not many Navis know about it so we will be alone! Well, except for the chef," she quickly tries to explain.
Forte looks back at the small stand. It has quite the simple design, with just enough space inside so the shark-like Navi chef can move from the counter to the kitchen with only a tiny curtain separating the two sections, and some counter stools so you could eat sitting down.
"Fine," Forte relents and moves to sit down on one of them while dragging Neptune along who hasn't released his hand yet.
"Great!" She finally let his hand go and sits next to him.
"Ah! Welcome, welcome to Sharkman's Fishtacular Sushi Stand!" The shark Navi greets them as they sit down, "I'm Sharkman himself! Not autographs please," he says the last part in a mocking whisper, "what can I cook for you today!"

"Hmmm, I want a… Dynamite Roll!" Neptune answers after reading the menu.

Still considering the vote. I have to admit, if we're gonna be hanging around a scatter-brained companion, so far Neptune is more enjoyable. I did like her reversal from, "I have decided to grace you with my company," to, "Pleasepleaseplease hang out with me I am so bored."
And while I'd like to think Forte's smarter than falling for that macho goading... no, Forte is exactly the type who would fall for that. Once, and then by preference murder everyone who saw it and never speak of it again.

So if you include the Spacebattles vote, the "Only Netpedia" option should have five votes. Though since all the options are avaliable, I think it is less "Option A is the in-character one" and more "Option A/B/C influences how Forte behaves".
I know people wanted Forte to refuse Serenade's assistance because it was "in-character", but lashing out and reluctant acceptance were also in-character.

He isn't sure that he can trust her completely but at the same time… she was the first person he met in this world, as far as he can remember.
Maybe, some part of the truth won't hurt?
"I'm fine," Forte calmly says as he starts to explain what happened with the attack.

By the end of the tale, Neptune is on the edge of her sit with stars in her eyes.
"You're totally a main character!" She yells as Forte finishes, her voice full of excitement.
Forte meanwhile just stares at her with a dry, "What?" coming out of his mouth.
"An epic battle that formed a bond of friendship, a social link power-up, and the appearance of a rival! All in one afternoon! You're totally the main character of an epic quest waiting to happen, Forte!" She quickly explains, her eyes look even brighter if that is even possible.
"Do you know what this means?" She continues without giving the still surprise Navi room to answer, "I'm obviously an important character in your life, so that means we will get all kinds of crazy adventures and strange hijinks in our future!" She says and throws her arms in the air.
"And you will probably going to find all kind of Navis with problems that you will help to solve being all serious and cool, and lots of girls will fall in love with you and see me as a serious threat and try to kill me! And don't forget discovering the terrible secret that's probably on your past! And-" Neptune just keeps talking and talking.
"Food is done!"
Fortunately for Forte's mind, Neptune's excitement is interrupted by their orders finally arriving.
"Oh, this looks delicious!" The small Navi exclaims as she starts eating from her dish without a care in the world, letting out just small sounds of satisfaction, "soooooo good~."
Forte on the other hand.
"It's… glowing," Forte says as he looks at his food.
And indeed, the dish in question is glowing with a menacing red aura of doom.
"Yup, that's my secret ingredient, you will love it or it will destroy from the inside! Guaranty!" Sharkman explains with pride in his voice and a hand on his chest.
Forte considers just throwing the food away, but he can feel the expecting stares of Sharkman and Neptune, he knows here's not coming bad.
With some trepidation he takes a small portion of the dish, it feels hot on his hand, and bites it.

"Forte?" Neptune asks with worry after a few seconds past and the Navi in question hasn't moved since.
"Ah, another one that passes out while standing still, having lots of those lately, I think I have to change the recipe a little again," Sharkman suddenly mutters, having watched the whole thing with a smile on his face.
"Huh!? This happened before!?" Neptune yells at the shark Navi.
"Yup, some fellow with white hair, I think his name was Blue or Glue or something like that, anyway, he should be fine after a few minutes, don't worry there's no shame at losing against one of my dishes!." Sharkman explains with his big toothy smile, still smiling. "And because I'm such a nice guy I will change his plate free of charge!" He ends while taking the plate into the kitchen.

"Huh?" Forte answers while eating his now not glowing food.
"What program did you get from me?" Neptune asks with smugness.
"Program?" Forte stops eating.
"I bet it's something super cool, like laser eyes or summoning a dragon or wings!"
"What, what makes you think I got a program from you?" Forte questions while trying to not look her at the eyes.
"Come on~ Lovely maiden gets rescue by tough-looking savior, a savior that accepted to spend his time with such maiden even though he could be doing anything else, and! The savior seems to trust the maiden enough to reveal something that sounds pretty personal to her! We totally bonded!" She explains still with a smug smile.
Forte stays silent for a moment before deciding to respond, "It's not that sim-"

"...A sword, I can use a sword now." Forte continues in a monotone voice, he should have expected that.
"I knew it!" Neptune meanwhile is smiling like crazy.
"Neptune, what are you doing in this location? Are you performing another criminal activity?"
Suddenly a new emotionless voice appears from behind the couple. They both turn to see the owner of the voice.
Neptunes face paling slightly as she recognizes the Navi.
"He-hey, Call, fancy meeting you here," says the purple hair, the nerves obvious in her voice.
The owner of the voice is a female Navi of the same size as Neptune. She has blond hair and bright green eyes, she's wearing a red and pink outfit with a ribbon on her head and some earphones covering her ears.
"Indeed, it's quite the coincidence that we both decided to visit the same food stand at the same time, now please answer my question or I will be forced to use… force and I dislike to work during my designated resting time," the Navi now identified as Call answers back, little emotion reaching her voice.
"I-I well, you see, the thing is…" Neptune tries to explain and fails.
"Here's your bill!" Sharkman suddenly yells from the counter, making Neptune jump on her seat, startled.
"I forgot… I don't have any money on me," she whispers while looking at Forte, her eyes begging him to do something.
Forte's first instinct is to simply fight his way out, but something tells him that that will only cause big troubles for him and Neptune, and the idea of being wanted by NetSecurity, of having to run constantly and never being able to rest… the sounds familiar, and he doesn't like it.

"Forte?" Neptune asks with worry after a few seconds past and the Navi in question hasn't moved since.
"Ah, another one that passes out while standing still, having lots of those lately, I think I have to change the recipe a little again," Sharkman suddenly mutters, having watched the whole thing with a smile on his face.
"Huh!? This happened before!?" Neptune yells at the shark Navi.
"Yup, some fellow with white hair, I think his name was Blue or Glue or something like that, anyway, he should be fine after a few minutes, don't worry there's no shame at losing against one of my dishes!." Sharkman explains with his big toothy smile, still smiling. "And because I'm such a nice guy I will change his plate free of charge!" He ends while taking the plate into the kitchen.

"So…." Neptune says while trying to sound "casual".
"Huh?" Forte answers while eating his now not glowing food.
"What program did you get from me?" Neptune asks with smugness.
"Program?" Forte stops eating.
"I bet it's something super cool, like laser eyes or summoning a dragon or wings!"
"What, what makes you think I got a program from you?" Forte questions while trying to not look her at the eyes.
"Come on~ Lovely maiden gets rescue by tough-looking savior, a savior that accepted to spend his time with such maiden even though he could be doing anything else, and! The savior seems to trust the maiden enough to reveal something that sounds pretty personal to her! We totally bonded!" She explains still with a smug smile.
Forte stays silent for a moment before deciding to respond, "It's not that sim-"

"...A sword, I can use a sword now." Forte continues in a monotone voice, he should have expected that.
"I knew it!" Neptune meanwhile is smiling like crazy.
"Neptune, what are you doing in this location? Are you performing another criminal activity?"
Suddenly a new emotionless voice appears from behind the couple. They both turn to see the owner of the voice.
Neptunes face paling slightly as she recognizes the Navi.
"He-hey, Call, fancy meeting you here," says the purple hair, the nerves obvious in her voice.
The owner of the voice is a female Navi of the same size as Neptune. She has blond hair and bright green eyes, she's wearing a red and pink outfit with a ribbon on her head and some earphones covering her ears.
"Indeed, it's quite the coincidence that we both decided to visit the same food stand at the same time, now please answer my question or I will be forced to use… force and I dislike to work during my designated resting time," the Navi now identified as Call answers back, little emotion reaching her voice.
"I-I well, you see, the thing is…" Neptune tries to explain and fails.
"Here's your bill!" Sharkman suddenly yells from the counter, making Neptune jump on her seat, startled.
"I forgot… I don't have any money on me," she whispers while looking at Forte, her eyes begging him to do something.
Forte's first instinct is to simply fight his way out, but something tells him that that will only cause big troubles for him and Neptune, and the idea of being wanted by NetSecurity, of having to run constantly and never being able to rest… the sounds familiar, and he doesn't like it.

Hmmm, maybe, the thing is that not only you need deal with the bill, you need to deal with Call too, just doing something for Sharkman still leaves you with Call.
