The mountain in question is where the Grail's systems are, if I remember correctly.
The question is, what does Satsuki want it for?
(Quick conversion puts her offer at about one and a half million pounds, or about two and a half million dollars.)
 
Wait, isn't Rin being the heir of Fuyuki something only people aware of the moonlit world have any business knowing?. And the only mointain there that the Thosaka really need to give a damm about is the one where the laylines converge (on the temple where Caster set up shop in canon). It's also somewhere around there where the Grail's frame work is located (I think, it's been a while).

Is the more apropriate response to this situation. But since it looks like things haven't clicked together for Rin yet, I'm going with this:

A hole from which to pull Heroic Spirits, of course. Satsuki's planned coup in this setting currently involves amassing an army of low-tier Servants by stuffing Heroic Spirits into homunculi made of Life Fibers à la Ainsworth. Of course, this will fall flat once Best!Mom puppets all of their LF bodies.

I don't want to fight an army of Sasaki's. Let's not give her the mountain.

Since the vote is so close, can we start some last minute discussion.

I'm voting the way I am because Satsuki is still underestimating us. Assuming similar exchange rates 300 million yen ~$3 million. After barging into our home unannounced, she is trying to buy our mountain with pocket change. It doesn't even matter if it's the important mountain, which it almost certainly is considering she's buying it in the Moonlit World. Snarking didn't stop her from trying to bulldoze us, so it's time to get mad.
