[X] You feel your body shifting uncontrollably as your hand clenches itself into a fist… wins

Out of curiosity, did you guys forget what Satsuki actually did when she was in Middle School? :V

There's also the fact the she's brought a bunch of dudes with her. Even if Satsuki wasn't easily able to hand Rin her ass by herself, Rin already admitted that she wouldn't even be able to take out one of Satsuki's goons.

You think they're just going to stand there and let Rin try to hypnotize their boss?

Im not saying she should try to hypnotize her right now, that wouldn't be very smart, but its better to know if its possible than not.

Also i belive she wants the grail, why don't we sell the mountain to her and use the money to buy some insane catalyst for our summoning. The grail will choose us anyway because Rin is one of the Founder families, why say no to free money?

If you guys wanted the time to go with the cunning plan, you shouldn't have gone for the option worded as "My body is getting ready to punch you entirely of it's own accord" :V

And so, Rin found herself distracted by the sinful pile of money laid out before her. More wealth than she had ever seen in one place before. But, shockingly, rather than focus on the potential of such riches, or even asking greedily for more, something within the young girl snapped, her twin tails shaking dangerously.

Her hands clenched into fists, and she turned to regard her enemy.

"Who the hell do you think you're kidding?!" The young girl, barely into her teens, shouted angrily, "Are you an idiot?! Coming into someone else's home and just throwing around money after messing around in their kitchen?!" The tea that the elder butler, Soroi, had so painstakingly prepared lay forgotten off to the side.

A tragic waste.

The elder girl merely tilted her head to the side, placing her own cup of tea down. "How incomprehensible." Satsuki replied flatly, a thick eyebrow raising in apparent confusion, "You are clearly in need of the additional funds, Tohsaka Rin. You additionally have land that you are currently unable to do anything with, given it's nature as a protected site." She raised a hand to her chin contemplatively, "I am willing to invest the capital to put Mt. Enzou to a worthy cause for all of mankind. Tell me, Tohsaka Rin, what use have you for this mountain?"

Rin, precocious creature that she was, merely gritted her teeth before leveling an accusing finger at her guest, "Get out of my house, you delinquent floozy."

The Kiryuin heir merely continued sitting, unperturbed by the younger girl's demand, "I have business to finish in this house, Tohsaka Rin. And I shall not leave until I have obtained that mountain. It is utterly necessary for my own ambitions." She paused, drawing in a sharp breath as the lights behind her shone with an even greater intensity.

"Name your price."

"It's not for sale." Rin ground out, a particularly nasty looking vein beginning to throb on her temple, "If you're not going to get out, I suppose I'll have to throw you out." Indeed, in spite of her commanding presence and obvious weapon, the older girl was hardly larger than Rin herself.

Given her own conditioning throughout her entire life, it was quite reasonable to assume that she stood a better than average chance of winning a direct confrontation with her guest.

Satsuki merely smirked arrogantly, "You may try," She replied, not even moving from her seated position.

The girl, annoyed, decided that the time for niceties had passed. In a rush, she flooded prana from her prodigious number of magic circuits, if immature, into her body. Reinforcing it. Enhanced by her own magecraft, she stomped over the table between herself and her target, crossing it's span within a single step, and launched herself swiftly at her enemy, leg cocked back to deliver a devastating kick to the dead center of the Kiryuin heir's abdomen.

Almost quicker than her enhanced senses could track, Kiryuin Satsuki swatted Rin out of the air with the sheath of her too-large sword. The blunt object smashed into her collarbone, driving her hard into the plush carpet of her sitting room. A plush carpet which offered no resistance to her following ricochet into the wall of said room with an impact that would have dislodged a great deal of precious heirlooms and works of art, had they not been magically secured.

"Tohsaka Rin." The voice of Kiryuin Satsuki called out from beyond Rin's dazed vision, "If you shall not willingly accept the velvet glove." The sound of demure sipping could be heard, "Then you shall be forced to accept the closed fist." The clink of porcelain tapping against porcelain followed, "If you do not yield, then I am not above using force to suit my needs."

"Resistance May Be Futile…" (DC10) 1d20 = 9

Rin groaned, the impact having rattled her young mind enough to break her out of her rage induced state, "Alright…I'll talk. But three hundred isn't nearly enough to pay for that thing."

As the Tohsaka Heir dragged herself up, Kiryuin Satsuki smiled contentedly from outside her host's line of sight.

"So. Two Billion is the amount you would agree upon?" The elder said, as a suited figure with sunglasses finished putting the final details onto a stack of…official documents. Truly, paperwork is ever the bane of servants of the Lord.

"Hmm, yeah. Anything less and it just wouldn't be worth the hassle, you know?" The younger replied, flipping her hair over her shoulder as she did so.

"Of course." Satsuki agreed, flipping out a gilded pen, colored blue and white, "Sign on the indicated spaces, and the payment will be yours, Tohsaka Rin." She gestured towards a number of suitcases that had joined the first one. Clearly, the older girl had come prepared to deal with one such as Rin.

"I know how signing these things works," The Tohsaka heir snapped at her senior, "I've had to do it enough as it is." She looked up from where she had donned her glasses to pore over the details of the contract, "What exactly are you even going to use Mt. Enzo for, anyway? It's kinda just there, except for that temple that's on the very top."

Kiryuin Satsuki merely smiled enigmatically, "Worry not, Tohsaka Rin. You shall bear witness to my intentions with Mt. Enzou soon enough!" Rin sighed, signing and initialing on the indicated spaces on the contract, signing over official ownership of Mt. Enzou to Kiryuin Satsuki and all responsibilities that lay therein.

"Yeah, yeah." The younger girl muttered, looking back up as she stared at the home invader before her, "So. Now what? We're done here, so I think you should get the hell out of my house."

Satsuki merely continued to smile that confident smirk of hers, "Not quite yet, Tohsaka Rin!" An envelope was withdrawn from within the brown confines of the older girls sailor uniform, "Here!" She shouted, casually casting the paper through the air to the younger girl, who caught it easily.

"What the heck is this?" Rin asked, staring at it before becoming blinded once more by mysterious floodlights.

"It is your invitation! Your anger blinds you! Tame it! Sharpen your fangs, and in three years come meet me at my castle! From there, we shall change the world!" Turning around swiftly, the Kiryuin heir marched away from the still blinded magus apprentice, her entire escort following her.

As sight returned to Rin's eyes, she looked around to discover that she was once again alone within the Tohsaka Manor. She blinked, before looking down at the other girl's parting gift.

"'Invitation to Honnouji Academy', huh?"

What do you do now? Choose one:

[] Inform Kirei. You just sold Mt. Enzou, as your Guardian and ostensible manager of your estates, this is the kind of thing that you should tell him.

[] Go to the Matou residence, as an ally of the Tohsaka's who live on your property, you're pretty sure that this is the kind of thing that they should be kept up to date about…And who knows, you might even see their new heir, maybe…

[] JEWELS! MAIDS! SHOPPING! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA~!

[] Go to the Mountain and inform those monks about the change in landlords. Seeing the look on that stupid Student Council President's face…ehehehehe.

[] Write-In

A.N. Noooooooo way in hell were you winning that fight. There were options to prolong it, where good rolls or write-ins would have netted you more money to work with, or perhaps other benefits from having earned Satsuki's respect...But things didn't quite work out that way, I'm afraid.

Oh well!

Looking forward to seeing who you decide to tell the good news!

Much as I'd like to rub it in Issei's smug little face, this seems the in-character choice. Any excuse, after all.

[X] Research battle magecraft. It is embarrassing how quickly you lost and you want to win next time.
Hey, Rin hates losing, and if she had more applicable skills I could see her winning. At least when neither have life fiber support.
