Negotiations were easier than I thought. I thought we would have had to also add a Command Seal at least, that Rider didn't react surprise me. As for the child who gave Shirou the ritual, I'm quite certain this is Child!Gilgamesh, I don't see who else could give him that.
This house is a ruin. However, with Illya, Sella, Leysritt and maybe even Rider on the job, it could be quickly arranged.

Building a house would take time though and most houses tend to be near people, a van can move and be all inconspicuous. Besides its a great excuse for a Cu based camping/road trip!

Hmm. Shirou has been properly taught magecraft. Kid Gilgamesh might be working with the Tohsaka, which means we might see GilMentored!Rin. If the last bit of Fate/Zero went differently... Kirei might be dead, which means Bazett might show up.
Choochootrain's preferred class is Lancer, so if he isn't one, a Lancer has already been summoned. Since Servants are just copies of a heroic spirit... is there anything stopping multiple instances of a hero becoming a Servant in the same war? Rider!Cuchulainn vs. Lancer!Cuchulainn?
Whoever summoned Assassin is skilled as an archer, so... Sakura? She has as much of a chance of getting a Shirou catalyst as Rin does.
