I would assume the later - War charms being those that improve leadership. It's something Luseng might need if we are otherwise occupied.

Apparently self-chilling trout are more popular than self-chilling maidens. A pity, that.
Do the ice powers have room to grow or are they pretty much fixed?
For Grace of Mela, what are the chances that such a large scale disruption to Creation's geomancy would shift most, if not all, of the dragon lines, and by extension the places they cross, causing all magical infrastructure dependent on these crossings to stop working? Infrastructure that might include the network of manses that feed power to the Sword of Creation?

It's possible, but probably not. The Poles are at or near the edge of Creation & the Sword was designed as a weapon of last resort for the Exalted host, a 'break in case of invasion that we can't trivially slaughter' button. It would be bad designed if any single attack on a target could disable it.

More realistic negative personal side-effects include powerful Air Elementals out for blood, serious investigations by Heaven into who the fuck is tampering with the basic foundations of Creation, the Bull of the North swearing undying vengeance on the one who desecrated his homeland, and causing Lunar elders to rampage by waking them from their hibernation.
Oh, and possibly Anys Syn accelerating her time table upon seeing how quickly Odyssial's hubris is growing.

I kind of think we could redirect the air elementals or Fae and point them at the Bull, though. Maybe somehow blame Samea? It would make a damn good false flag operation.

Ironically, I think that most of the voters (me included) are more willing to create a Creation-wide environmental catastrophe than permanently destroying Luseng's self-chilling trout population.
Okay, I kid, its mostly the thematics and consequences of this act that are interesting. Add to the mix access to Sidereal Martial Arts (which also includes better mastery over lesser martial arts), and we also give her extreme potential boost in personal combat and some other areas. Peerless Skill alone is already quite hax both in combat and non-combat activities, which combined with Solar-level custom Air Caste Charms would result in disgustingly overpowered actions.
Or as Odyssial would say, good enough for now.
And I would raise also this to peoples minds: as Moon will be quite juicy target/price after this, buffing her personal combat skills even further would likely go a long way in ensuring that she can take care of herself. Completely broken SMA created by Odyssial himself (plus maybe some others later on) seems like a good step towards that particular goal.
