Angry, angry about elves.
Is it really, compared to the other two and given the last control spell also seems to be for movement?
Edit: Sidereal'd.

It isn't that horse anymore. It WAS that horse, then we rebuilt into something else, something in whose anima we could hide and designed to be consumed by titans so we could attack them from within. Now I am not so sure what it can do and whether its the best for fast travelHow useful is teleportation going to be if we can summon the horse that draws the sun's chariot as a mount instead? Seems slightly redundant.
For one, teleportation is relatively subtle for both infiltration and exfiltration, while the Odyssial Horse practically screams "Anathema!" Well, unless the real one has a stealth mode or some bullshit like that. How useful is teleportation going to be if we can summon the horse that draws the sun's chariot as a mount instead? Seems slightly redundant.
It's still probably a VERY badass horse. I'd be surprised if it was slower than the teleportation for overland travel. Travel without distance costs 2wp per cast and we only get 1wp back for successfully casting, so we can't even spam it for travelling large distances. I don't know if you realised, but Creation is HUGE. Teleporting 50 miles really isn't much.It isn't that horse anymore. ... also, isn't there a mote cost difference between spells of higher and lower circles?
You think an Exalt like Anys can't find us after we teleport away and are fatigued from the teleport? And we can't even use it to teleport to places we haven't seen before, so it's not really useful for infiltration. Also, it makes for a handy escape button for when you re unexpectedly attacked by a Sidereal. When it is a control spell, you can even bring your friends instead of leaving them to die.
It's hatred of the Titans, not the Solaroids themselves. The amount of spillover would be somewhere between limited and nonexistent.why would we choose hating the 150 solaroids? especially the few ones that are our ally? seriously.
That's what scrying spells are for. Like Infallible Messenger taken as a control spell. You think an Exalt like Anys can't find us after we teleport away and are fatigued from the teleport? Any target important enough to warrant this will also be important enough to be warded against Infallible Messenger. That's what scrying spells are for. Like Infallible Messenger taken as a control spell.
We can alternatively just have no discernable prejudice if we take on internal conflict. It'll be character-building and shit. It's hatred of the Titans, not the Solars themselves. The amount of spillover would be somewhere between limited and nonexistent.

As the sorcerer grows in knowledge, her mastery of the universe opens new paths to power, allowing her to perceive and draw upon new sources of Essence to fuel her magic. These are shaping rituals, a catch-all term for alternate ways in which a sorcerer may gain sorcerous motes. Shaping rituals can be used to represent a sorcerer's unique path to power—a bargain with a spirit, a legendary relic, a taboo that must be kept. Five sample archetypes are listed below. Each has multiple shaping rituals associated with it, along with Merits and other benefits that may be purchased by any character who has mastered one of the archetype's shaping rituals. (All such sorcerous Merits are of the purchased variety.) These archetypes are not meant to be comprehensive or confining—they're an illustration of what a sorcerer might look like, included to help players realize their character concepts.
That's actually a really good idea; incorporating the release of the bound winds within the Storm Armor to boost the effects of the ritual wouldn't be too hard, and it would be a nice nod to the bag of winds that Aeolus presented to Odysseus.Would we have to use the Storm Armor as a component for this? I think Zao would be willing to pay that price to give his daughter a chance to make her own future I think.
Yes. But sorcerous motes aren't paid using your mote pool but gathered from your surrounding. It really doesn't matter if a spell costs 10 or 100 sorcerous motes if you're not casting in combat.
Examples of gathering them were also given, stuff like "drain the unrequited love intimacy someone has of you, can only be done once per 24 hours per person".Yes. that is explicitly not what the option says. it explicitly states we will be disfavoring abyssials and infernals. It's hatred of the Titans, not the Solars themselves. The amount of spillover would be somewhere between limited and nonexistent.
Wards are not nearly as common as you think. And targets are not nearly as stationary.Any target important enough to warrant this will also be important enough to be warded against Infallible Messenger.
Yes, yes it is infinite. You can always not use a shaping ritual and just roll (Occult+Int) to gather motes equal to your successes, technically forever.Examples of gathering them were also given, stuff like "drain the unrequited love intimacy someone has of you, can only be done once per 24 hours per person".
Gathering those from the surroundings is not gonna be instant or infinite.
It says uncertain effects and possible diminishment. If we accept internal conflict, we can prevent them from seeing any hate bleed through.that is explicitly not what the option says. it explicitly states we will be disfavoring abyssials and infernals.
And how many times can you do that per unit of time?Yes, yes it is infinite. You can always not use a shaping ritual and just roll (Occult+Int) to gather motes equal to your successes, technically forever.
can someone explain this unsuitability to me? Why is her fighting style incompatible with that armor?Hah, so we can give Moon the Storm Armor despite her fighting style not being suitable for it. Take that, Rihaku!
You can't just make that roll an infinite amount of times in a single second. As such you do not have an infinite amount of sorcerous motes, only as many as you can spend the time gathering
