Has Nilul already been outed to them? Or is her disguise still secure despite the fact that theirs was not secure against her?

Do the high risk, high reward play- move to expose them as Anathema and bring down the matchless wrath of the other tournament participants upon them. Use that to divine their hidden strengths and strategies as these Infernals are smited and you ensure that they do not survive to threaten your friend and comrade.
Didn't Nilul know? If you can be friends with an asshole then they'll certainly be a great friend.
"Hey Mnemon, does that girl look like the errant daughter of the Ebon Dragon to you?"Wait, what's so bad about infernal exalted? I mean, they're equal to Solars, but why would it mean that we have to ditch the tournament completely? Is it because Mnemon would find out about Uly and Nilul's true exaltation during the tournament or something?
Nilul, what are the odds that you and I arouse suspicion by leaving right now, before the tournament has even begun?
Likewise, the odds of you retreating without me without drawing their attention? A falling out could be manufactured.
"Hey Mnemon, does that girl look like the errant daughter of the Ebon Dragon to you?"
"Why, I think she is! Let's call in the troops."
Blink.
Holy Shit we actually got though to Nilul. That was a lot faster than I expected.
I' leaning to booking it so we can let Zao know the Infernals are making a move.
Ulyssian is after all dense. There would be a loss of face from being so dense that he drove off his second from this situation, but it'd get Nilul the hell out in a fashion that would only draw attention to Ulyssian being LESS competent than he actually is.
Why bother throwing the match in that case?Leaving without warning would be suspicious, so perhaps it would be best to hide out with paranoid preparation (as Ulyssian intends anyway) and then throw the match with Polemgaos? I mean, no one's likely to blink an eye at Ulyssian being beaten by such a powerful Dragonblooded, and his own reputation won't suffer much at all from it. They could probably rig things so it is the first match.
Oh, wow Odyssial managed to destroy the Godspear in his death throes?
No wonder heaven would be scared shitless of him and want to kill him before its too late. I didn't even think that one of the Unconquered Sun's panapoly could be destroyed like that.

I'm heavily inclined to stay here, even if Nilul has to leave, for two main reasons:
We just spent a bunch of XP unwisely because it was necessary for immediate combat power, and that irks me enough already without the expenditure being meaningless.
Apparently this thread is interested in being a part of the Realm (no matter how hard I advocate solo adventures), and I'm pretty sure ditching this event puts a pretty big smear on Uly's rep. Now, usually such smears could be fixed with sheer fightiness, but this is where we'd go to use fightiness to fix things, so buggering off probably isn't for the best.
On the other hand, if this is an indicator that the thread finally wants to ditch the Realm I'm all for it.
Against an opponent as strong as him, even winning is enough to justifying bowing out on the grounds of being to weary to continue. If we are accepting the risk of sticking around, we might as well actually accomplish what we came for....Because being beaten in the first match of the fight is a good reason to leave?
Hey! You can't give such a great line and then botch the climax. We're going to be a Murderhobo, not just the regular kind.
