[Exalted, ?] Most High

so... wait, weren't we in that vicinity BEFORE we went into a maelstrom of preparation? Also, did you want to Threadmark that?

EDIT: Yeah if we're now at ~366k before we were around ~412k that's not too bad, hell we gained 30k Solar

Uly managed to get a public statement that winning will definitely free us from all suspicion out of them and we have Word of GM that thanks to Uly doing this they really can't use that particular Catch-22.
Official suspicion, sure. But while they may not be able to outright declare we're Anathema for winning, they can use the victory to spread rumors and get Sesus' political enemies and basically any devout Immaculate who didn't go full Monk to investigate Uly and set up their own traps.

We made roughly 190k XP in the last ten pages and spent 200k thanks to the benefits of Raw Power.
Pretty decent rate of XP accumulation.

A fully ordained Immaculate Monk and true Hero of the Realm outright said we are no Anathema in front of a huge audience.
He even gave his life to prove our innocence!
What kind of monster would piss all over his grave by suggesting that he was wrong?

Seriously though, ignoring the judgement of the Dragons performed by a Perfect Brotherhood of Immaculate Monks at the cost of their lives in order to try to prove the Realm's most promising prodigy is not an Anathema is pretty much heresy.
The devout Immaculates in particular will need to see something serious to indicate we're an Anathema after all, before they dare to question a judgement in our favour, and our political enemies will be looking for bullshit on us in any case.

Man, if you win people will be too scared to fight you without truly overwhelming force. They'll have to assume you're like an E5 multiple Immaculate Master or something.

Which Means that we can focus on building more power and influence because they won't start shit with us, and all the while, we're becoming increasingly swole!

We only have to wait until Ulyssian grows strong enough to remember where the Fairest is, which would give us an Elder Sidereal not affected by the wracking on our side to handle the machinations of the Bronze Faction.

Because Heart is an awesome power.

While that is factually correct, I have the feeling that by the time we're powerful enough to remember stuff from the height of the First Age the Bronze Faction won't be that high on our list of worries.

By that point we'll have be sufficiently strong enough that we'll be able to get my preferred option working too! What's that immaculate order? You think He who Controls the Realm Defense Grid is Anathema? No? I Thought Not.

Even if we get powerful enough at that point having an Elder Sidereal to help control the other sidereals will be useful, especially since from what we have gotten Odyssial nearly destroyed Creation from his death throes, not of any intent to do so since he should be confident in his own reincarnation thanks to his planning, so they would most likely do anything to stop us no matter what from ever get that powerful again.

Tell that to all the Exalted GM.

Uh, GMs usually have 5 players that play their characters and run 1 BBEG. That's a bit different from running 6 characters with their own charmsets, especially in optimal play.

But who is they?

WHO IS THEY?

That depends on a bunch of stuff. The Bronze Faction took down Odyssial, so... yeah. But it also depends on whether Chejob ever gets out of where he is.

You do lack negotiation tactics beyond threatening force, though. That could be an issue. The Sesus are used to it, the other Houses not so much.
